  1. That looks like it was a sweet show. Only one decision, look at all of those submission victories!
  2. I don't care if he wins, I just want to see Royce Gracie be competitive. And even if his stand-up is atrocious, he is still a master of Jiu-Jitsu and Hughes has to be careful.
  3. I think the problem is that half of the Oiler's team had the flu, and that it is always difficult to close out a series.

    Number Two

As long as there is a cameo by my favorite band in the world (CKY), I will be happy.
  6. Friday The 13th Part Two is the best of the series. Why? Because the girl getting chased has the brains to do what no other victim does....kick Jason in the friggin' testicles and run like hell!
  7. Puppetmaster. That movie scared me shitless.
  8. The only reason I don't post in here more often is I don't want to post right after one of my posts, even if it's a week old. And Dwayne Roloson rocking at 36 is great.
  9. I forgot how many good songs Tom Petty made.
  10. It's truly a testament to how competitive the teams are this year. I look at the team the Oiler's had going into the season, and I had them anywhere from 4th in the West to last in the West. Every team has looked good, even teams like Columbus had some moments of greatness despite there poor finishes to the season. I love the new NHL, and the Oilers, Sabres, Hurricanes and Ducks must be loving it too.
  11. Edmonton starts the series off right, beating the Ducks 3 to 1. Roloson was impressive, and hopefully the Oilers can keep the momentum rolling and win the next game to take the commanding lead in the series.
  12. I'm going to try and go see some games when Toronto plays in Toronto. Hopefully, it will be fun.

    Rocky Balboa

I had written this off as crap, but the more I hear about, the more I like. Especially since he isn't even fighting for the title. I think this could be good. It can't possibly be worse then Rocky V, can it?
  14. I did not enjoy there last CD, Chuck, but if they can go back to there earlier records sound or at least energy, I would be happy. As Benji said, they are a fun pop-punk band. Whenever I hear a Sum 41 song on the radio, I turn it up.
  15. Drogba is getting a gigantic sum of money, and Chelsea is willing to let him rot on the bench? I'm sure other clubs around the globe would be willing to pay huge amounts for him. I don't see the point in keeping him, especially if he is unhappy enough to let it effect his play.
  16. I root for all the Canadian teams in the playoffs. But I would rather not see Ottawa or Montreal win the Cup. Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary I am fine with, as they aren't really our (Toronto) rivals.
  17. I'm rooting for Team USA, mainly because Toronto just got an MLS team (Toronto FC) and the more exposure for football/soccer in the United States, the better it is for the MLS.
  18. I will go with my favorite band, ever, CKY. Anyone who likes music in any way, shape, or form, will enjoy CKY. They are just amazing, too many people immediately stereotype them as skate-punk do to there association to Bam Margera and his skate videos, also labelled CKY. Those people are missing out on one of the best rock acts ever. CKY 1. 96 Quite Bitter Beings This is one of there more famous songs. It is very aggresive, but is also catchy and easy to listen to. I can't drive with this song on, as head banging is not something you want to do while driving. And I can't help myself when this song starts. 2. Escape From Hellview Kind of a sequal to 96, Escape From Hellview is the first song off of CKY's second album, Infiltrate.Destroy.Rebuild, and it is just awesome. It is very melodic, but also retains a good edge to it. Plus Chad Ginsburg, guitarist for the band, nearly died filming the video - they had him hang from a noose that was set up by some redneck stunt supervisor. 3. Attached At The Hip Up beat, hard, this song is great. I enjoy the lyrics, the vocals are amazing and of course there are some good opportunities to head bang. One of the strengths of the band is Deron Miller's voice, I think it is very unique and it is very good in this song. 4. Close Yet Far More like a ballad, Close Yet Far is a slower song that I just love to pieces. 5. Triple Manic State From there newer CD, An Answer Can Be Found, this song is aggresive and hard. Plus, this album is the first in the group's history to sport GUITAR SOLOS, so you get to hear that in there. This song just rocks the shit, but has it's slower parts that keep your head nodding. If I was to recommend one CD, it would be CKY's newest CD, An Answer Can Be Found. All three of CKY's albums have a unique sound, but this one has grown on me and become my favorite. I would also recommend the Infiltrate.Destroy.Rebuild Video DVD. CKY made a video for every single video on IDR, and they are all really good. Each one has a little mini-segment about the making of, including the near death experience of Chad and how Deron directed his first video with a porn actress. CKY's Website - Some song samples are there!
  19. That was great to see - a Canadian team winning. I don't know who will win between the Ducks and the Oilers, but I am rooting for the Oilers.
