I hate it when a game is decided on a play like that. I remember watching an Ottawa-Toronto game where Jason Spezza blatantly elbowed a Leaf in the head, it was a pretty good elbow and was impossible to miss, took a pass and then scored. I was screaming at the TV, my friends were screaming at the TV, I don't know how all the referees missed it, but they somehow did.

Am I the only one who, when seeing the "Report Video Provacy Immediately" screen in the theatre hopes to turn around and see a stereotypical pirate drinking grog and filming the screen with a huge, rickety, old camera?

I think that the Blackhawks have some good young defenders and a goalie that can be amazing when he wants. That right their should give the team a chance to win in most games. When Marty Havlat returns, I hope he picks it up where he left off and continues to be on the Highlight Reel every night.

I thought Superman Returns is a great way to continue the work done by Richard Donnar on the first film. I think it's a good blend of action and plot, and was one of the movies that I really enjoyed this year.

I thought Fantastic Four was alright as an action film. I don't think it went very deep or anything, but it had some decent action sequences so it's alright.

I felt sorry for Rivet. Hasn't he already missed time with a hand injury?

I think you are right about Koivu, Basha. Other then Komisarek making some good defensive moves, the majority of the Canadiens looked a little useless tonight. Saku Koivu's first goal was just pure willpower, and Koivu played amazing in the last period of the game.

Toronto did not play well enough defensively to hold on when they had a 2 goal lead in the third period. Fuuuuck, we need to get a win and end this little funk.

True. I could see an LCD being brittle. I know the new plasma TV we got has a thick screen on it as well, so I don't see it taking damage.

I've hit my TV pretty hard with TV remotes and even XBOX controllers before accidentally, and I have never done damaged.

The Leafs have lost three straight, and this makes the game tonight against the Canadiens almost a must-win, which sucks because the Canadiens are a really good team.

I can never make myself sign Jason Allison, especially for the price he asks for. Maybe for 2, but not the amount he wants.

I downloaded that Unfaking thing, and started a new game with the St. Louis Blues. My plan is to rebuild, did not like my blueline so I got Luc Bordon and sent him to back to Moncton. Traded away Tkachuk because I hate him for a 2nd round pick, got Pat Quinn to coach. I picked up Andy Delmore off waivers to give me at least one defender who can shoot. First regular season game against the San Jose Sharks and they score twice within the first 5 minutes. But my team comes back. Late period goals from Cajanek and Dvorak even the score, and it's an all new ball game. I juggle the lines a bit and suddenly my team is dominating. Delmore doesn't score, but the powerplay moves the puck amazingly and getting 3 to 4 good scoring opportunities on net. Guerin gets a powerplay goal, Weight bangs one in up close. The game end with the Blues crushing the Sharks 8 to 4. That has to get the city of St. Louis excited about hockey again!

You can turn off the salary cap or tweek it. I don't remember how, but there is a file that you open and change a number in and it changes the cap. I think it was included in the latest update.

I took the Canucks and the only change I have made so far is trading Ryan Kesler straight up for Brad Stuart. Fucking gold move, because Stuart has 10 assists in 12 games and the Canucks are at 7-3-2. Naslund did nothing in the first 4 games, and now has 11 goals in 12 games. He had a 5 goal game! Oh, and Trevor Linden got the C back and is playing like a god. The team, just like in real life, started to sputter. I had only one offensive line, really, and once they hit a cold patch then the whole team was down. We went to 8-6-2 before I decided to make a change. Put the Sedins with Linden on line two and had Morrison center for Bulis and Naslund. The powerplay saw Naslund play on both units, with the Sedins and Morrison/Bulis changing out. It worked, just got 4 powerplay goals and crushed them 5 to 1.

I've never seen them live, but from what I gather Eagles Of Death Metal is a pretty awesome live act. Still, this news could be better. Jesse could have fought Axl or something.

I would also say that the fourth round pick is worth more then Tyson Nash. Ughh. Another loss to Boston, and I'm beginning to think that it is Tim Thomas beating us, not the whole team. Toronto had a ton of great scoring chances, but the only one to go in was a flukey goal off of Antropov's skate.

I loved all of the major N64 wrestling games (Warzone and Attitude, the THQ ones) equally.
