  1. He will probably be in a large costume, so it is likely that his part in the role will mainly be walking and moving his arms. I would hope they get someone else to provide the voice... Or they could give the role to Brandon DiCamillo. Skeletor vs. Beastman
  2. I lump a lot of music into the category of rock when I think of music, and that is my genre of choice. I do listen to other stuff like some hip-hop and metal, but it's generally rock music, old and new.

    Spears Bald...?

The fact that this and the death of Anna Nicole Smith eats up huge amounts of time on the news networks make me feel a little sick. I understand why they do it, but it seems wrong to see these types of things on a news network while more important things, things that effect people's lives, are going on.
  4. Scottie Upshall has scored in both games he has played in with Philly, while Forsberg has been shutout. Obviously, the Flyers have won that deal!
  5. (}) I love the team, but I hate my fellow Leaf fans. I still have my sights set on a Leafs and Canadiens playoff series. The Canadiens are also one point back of the Hurricanes like we are, so there is a good chance. Lets even let the Islanders in a kick out the Thrashers for fun.
  6. I am thinking here that the Maple Leafs this year have a great shot now of making the playoffs, and it's almost impossible to predict which team will make it past round one and who will not. Frustration? The only thing frustrating as a Leafs fan is that the fans in Toronto are all bitter morons who think that trading away our best players when we have a really good shot for the playoffs is a good thing. Thank god I became a fan of the Leafs away from Toronto, or I would be insane.
  7. With two games more to play over the Hurricanes, Thrashers and Canadiens, the Leafs really have a chance to climb up the rankings in the East and give themselves a little breathing room.
  8. I haven't been Toronto with the new update and never saw McCabe making only 575,000 until 10 minutes ago. That is shitty.
  9. I'm using this thread too. I just realised I could really use some more hip-hop to diversify my music collection.
  10. New Jersey always gives away Madden, McGillis and Mathvichuk for next to nothing. And I have never seen an update with McCabe earning only 575,000, and he is always worth his salary in my games because he always leads defencemen in points and/or goals.
  11. Three Six Mafia are such an awesome group to listen to, especially if your hanging out with your friends.
  12. That deal sounds like a move to cut some salary, as Grebeshkov is playing in Russia this year. The Oilers better get someone good, because they really need a kick in the pants to turn this season around. The move by Calgary last season to get Kristian Huselius has been paying off huge this year, as he has been an enormous source of secondary scoring for them. It looked like he dominated the Avalanche just like Mats Sundin dominated Steve Staios last night.
  13. You do know, Basha, that your team has to lose this game, right?
  14. I saw The Trews play at City Hall here in Barrie on New Years. Not a big fan of theirs, but they were pretty fun to listen to live.

    Spears Bald...?

She looks like Micheal Jordan. Maybe she is planning a basketball career? WNBA, bitches!
  16. The works not done for the Leafs, though. They played a good game against the Oilers at home, so hopefully it will start to sway the momentum and awful home record to a better record. I think the Leafs are going to keep doing well with games against Boston and another one with the Flyers coming up. Thursday's game against the Islanders and next Monday's game vs the Habs are going to be really important games unless the Canadiens continue to plummet and the Isle's hit the skids.
  17. Maybe Patrick Lalime has finally realized that he still has a shot to be a starting goaltender in the NHL, even if the chances are kind of slim. I would not be surprised if he keeps up his good play to see a team with trouble in goal (and there are tons) to take that risk.
  18. TO PLAY Hockey Soccer TO WATCH Hockey Basketball Football Soccer Winter Olympics I have been a huge hockey fan most of my life. Played soccer when I was little and continue to enjoy watching or playing every now and again. I just got interested in watching basketball, with the Toronto Raptors finally becoming a decent team. Football can be fun to watch sometimes. The winter olympics are more interesting to me then the summer games, with hockey, snowboarding, speed skating, and a bunch of other interesting events.
  19. Thanks for clearing that up for me, Sean. Toronto is going to face the Oilers, another team that really needs to win to keep their playoff hopes alive. The Leafs will be looking to turn around their fortunes at the Air Canada Centre, while the Oilers are really desperate for two points.
  20. I thought Toronto was in ninth, and Montreal was in 8th because they had more wins. Everytime TSN shows the graphic, it shows that. But if NHL.com says that Toronto is in 8th, I guess that is correct. It doesn't really matter right now, though. With 24 more games for the Leafs, that will most likely change after one or two. So the way the standings are now are good only in the sense that Toronto and Montreal remain right in the thick of the playoff hunt. I hope both Montreal and Toronto make it in, I really want to see a Toronto - Montreal playoff series.
  21. Actually, I think I get it now. They need to win now, for the health of the franchise. They need a deep playoff run, a finals appearance maybe, to bring in a bigger crowd and to help the franchise stay aloft.
  22. Forsberg to Nashville for Scottie Upshall, Ryan Parent and a 1st and 3rd round pick. That was just announced during the 1st period of the game. My two cents is that the cost for Forsberg was too high, and I don't even know if the Preds need him that much.
  23. The East has the mutha truckin' Raptors.
  24. I think the best thing for the NHL right now would be some coach somewhere coming up with a system that annihilates the trap while being quick and focusing on the attack.
