  1. Is the Deborah Gibson in that movie the same as "Electric Youth" Debbie Gibson?

That's what I am saying. This moves them from being out of the playoffs by Week 14 to having a shot at the playoffs. They will need some luck and help from the other teams in the AFC to do it, but now they have a long shot chance. New England is the best team in the division, but Buffalo might be able to do well against Miami and New York.
  3. Looking at the Leafs, unless they move Kubina or Kaberle, I don't think Bouwmeester fits here. If Kaberle is moved, then Bouwmeester would be a good fit although I cannot see him coming in at a price I would be happy with.
  4. He is a free agent this summer and you never know, he could come back. I see him asking for too much though. Not too much for what he has done, but too much for Brian Burke to want to pay. I'm stealing this stuff from HockeyBuzz.com...this is Eklund's top 40 free agent forwards. 1. Hossa 2. Havlat 3. Franzen 4. H. Sedin 5. D. Sedin 6. Cammalleri 7. Gaborik 8. Gionta 9. S. Koivu 10. Tkachuk 11. Knuble 12. Sykora 13. Kovalev 14. Cole 15. Tanguay 16. Lehtinen 17. Sundin 18. M. Samuelsson 19. Antropov 20. Guerin 21. Laperriere 22. Dominic Moore 23. Holik 24. Fedorov 25. Lang 26. Calder Here is the defensemen. 1. Jay Bouwmeester 2. Michael Komisarek 3. Johnny Oduya 4. Mattias Ohlund 5. Rob Blake 6. Jordan Leopold 7. Derek Morris 8. Niclas Havelid 9. Mathieu Schneider 10. 5. Oh, my friend James is going to hate this movie. There was action, but a lot of the movie is subtle and dialogue driven.

The Bills should be a competitive team this season. They will be in a dog fight for the playoffs and will need a lot of help to get their, but at the very least they will be an entertaining team. Hopefully they can win 10 games, which would put them right in the thick of the fight for the wild card. The Patriots are better, and I can't see them being better then a lot of the other good teams in the AFC, but they could find themselves with a shot in the final weeks. That would be enough for me.
  7. Any hopes of some sort of miracle run by the Leafs are gone now, I think. Also, Antropov just scored a great goal for the Rangers and I marked out. I hope he does well for them.
  8. I have never read the graphic novel, but I really enjoyed the movie. The setting was great and I thought the characters were all very well done.

This is a great move in terms of selling tickets. I also think that, finally, the Bills have more then one options for Edwards to throw to. Without the good receiving TE or HB, I think TO and Evans can both share the load. This move can make Edwards and Evans better.
  10. I think Cy Young is a reach. I just hope he wins 15 to 20 games this year. The Dodgers line-up is going to be a monster, top three in the NL, easily, but the pitching staff is the weak link. They're pretty much banking on Jason Schmidt to come back or Billingsley to become an ace. Well he did win 16 games last year didn't he? i wouldn't predict the cy young, i think Jake Peavy will take it again. Of course Zambrano, Harden, Webb, Hamels, Lincecum(Sp?), Carpenter(if he's healthy), and of course Johan, they could all take it. It should be a good race this year. Who do you think wins the Cy Youngs in each league? I think Jake Peavy wins the NL, and AJ Burnett wins the AL. You would pick Burnett over Sabathia...or Burnett over Halladay? I think Halladay is the better pitcher but won't get the wins because of a down year for the Blue Jays. I think Burnett has better stuff then C.C. and i think if he stays healthy will benefit from the Yankees lineup and will win 19-21 games this year, and will be top 3 in K's, which i think will give him the nod. AJ seems to have matured and i think if he stays that way he will dominate hitters much like Beckett did during the Playoffs for Boston when they won the Series last. Burnett went 18-10 last year, if he pitches as good he should get remarkably better results. AJ has some of the best "stuff" in the league and unlike Oliver Perez he has shown he can put it together, i think pitching in NY, with the lineup they have that it will help him get wins and he will flourish under Girardi. Its going to be a down year for the Jays, but not Halladay. He had a weaker team last year because of the large numbers of injuries. Our line-up will be better this season. It is our pitching staff that is much weaker with McGowan gone for a few months and Marcum gone for the year.

  12. Montreal just can't do anything with the puck tonight against Atlanta. Carey Price is playing well, but the rest of the team is going to let his efforts go to waste.
  13. I find it easier to score now. My players are going for deflections more now. I don't know if that is just a random thing or if it was something patched, but I am definitely scoring some good goals now.
  14. Canadians may understand this one...
  15. Toronto won the game, but that was such a boring game. Washington played very poorly without Ovechkin.
  16. If I could score with my defence, I would love the extra powerplay time.
  17. That is an awesome addition to the game. I am now considering getting Baseball Mogul 2010 in the future.
  18. There isn't anything to explain with the mask. He just picks it up almost like how he did in Friday The 13th: Part 3. The mask has no special value or anything, he just picks it up and wears it to hide his deformed face.
  19. Jiri Tlusty has 34 points in his last 15 games including a 5 goal game. He is really tearing up the AHL now. I wonder if this means he might actually develop into something for us down the line?
  20. ...and quietly, the Red Wings have moved into first overall in the NHL.
  21. The way Burke has spoken about them, I actually can see the Leafs keeping Kubina and Kaberle and having a top four of Kaberle - Kubina and Schenn - White. I think we need forwards in the off season, not to add another high priced defender to the mix. Add in Finger's salary, and we are already spending a ton on defence with Finger getting overpayed. Let's get some offensive forwards, but be careful with how the money is spent and draft smart.
  22. Same here. I go to Gametrailers and sometimes ScrewAttack. I also will watch some stuff on IGN.com.
  23. Kolzig and Heward are hurt so they didn't count against the cap. Toronto taking them saves Tampa from paying them anything. We get Andy Rogers, who could be a depth defenceman for us if he develops, and we got a fourth round pick. Essentially, we have been payed to take salary from Tampa. Petiot going the other way is to make the deal a trade.
  24. I'm happy with these moves. I didn't want to see Moore get big money and Antropov has hit his peak. By not signing them, we are saving money for the free agent market this summer and we added some picks that should be turned into good prospects. I want Toronto to look into adding some good forwards in this draft. I am going to be a Nik Antropov fan for awhile still.
  25. Deadline has passed, but it takes time for some deals to get through the league office.
