According the TSN, Luke Schenn has been offered a spot on Team Canada in the World Championships in Switzerland.

As a Leafs fan, this season only showed me that Brian Burke does have a lot of work to do. Our goaltending was inconsistent and only a few players looked like players we can build with. Luke Schenn was great and Jason Blake made his contract look like less of a mistake, but Grabovski was very inconsistent. Jeff Finger is okay, but is overpayed. Anton Stralman continues to develop very slowly. We have a player to build our defence around, but we don't have a player to build a team around. We need some goaltending prospects and we need some skilled forwards.

I am holding off of playing through Rock/Austin just because I don't want to get that frustrated right now.

I think Burke will move up if he really wants Schenn. Also, I think Montreal will be competitive against the Bruins. I see Montreal taking Game #1 from the Bruins, in fact. I do think that the Bruins will win the series, but if Montreal can stretch the series to seven games, then they have a shot.

Observe And Report. I don't know. It was funny during parts, especially at the beginning. But once you learn a few things about the main character and see how he acts because of it, it becomes a bit hard to laugh.

Every other team is seeing what we are seeing out of Ryan. He did this in Spring Training and he hasn't managed to work it out yet. No team is going to take him and his contract unless he proves he can improve. He was solid last year and when we got him he was excellent. Right now, no team is going to grab him from us. All the teams who spend huge already have closers. Everyone else can't afford him, especially now that he isnt performing.

I am with you. Ryan has a lot to fix. I don't think he is injured, he just needs to rework his delivery. We have a strong bullpen that as a group can make up for his absence if he needs to take time off to fix himself. League, Downs and Frasor can all do closers work.

Nope. I think we can do more with our own top pick and the other picks plus Kaberle, whether that means moving Kaberle for more picks or not. That would be too much to move for just one prospect when we need to fill a ton of holes on our roster.

Watching Adam Lind send a home run straight out to center field was great. This team just tore up Verlander, who looked like he was just not ready to play major league ball. I was sad to see the fans act so dumb, but this isn't the first time the Rogers Centre has seen idiotic fans act this way. I am considering going to the game tomorrow purely because their will be no alcohol served at the game.

Grabovski always plays dumb against the Canadiens. That and his retard drop passes makes me dislike him. Getting Bozak and Hanson from college and maybe more is one way Burke is quickly "restocking the cupboards". Gilroy sounds like a good player, so if we can add him to the team, we suddenly have three decent prospects in the system where, 2 weeks ago, we didn't.

I am at the same point in my game. I've completed all the challenges I could, but the remaining ones are so frustrating.

The University of Denver center Tyler Bozak, who was wanted by as many as 20 NHL teams, has signed with the Maple Leafs. He has 8 goals and 15 assists in 19 games this seasons. According to TSN, it is believed that he will be able to be an NHL player with little or no minor league seasoning.

Speaking of the Wild...what do you think happens to Gaborik in the off-season? This season has not helped his cause, but do you think one GM is going to be dumb and offer him the big contract?

If this show was still shown on Peachtree TV, I would watch it. It was a funny show that was good to have on while doing something else.
