If that was true, the Senators would have to take that deal. They would have a good pick in the draft and a good skill player who may be able to produce with Spezza. Also, if Burke could talk the Bruins into giving up their first rounder too, then he would have to take that deal and it would be a great deal. EDIT - TSN is now reporting that the deal is dead. There was major miscommunication between the teams with Boston believing Toronto would turn over their first rounder. The Leafs are not doing that, so the deal may not happen.

According to EVERYONES favourite anonymous hockey blogger, the deal is not Kabby and a pick for Kessel, but Kaberle for Kessel straight up.

Still, the only way I want to see Kaberle moved is if the deal is really one sided for us. I own 5 Leafs jerseys and my Kaberle one is the only one that I own of a current Leaf. If he gets traded, then all of jerseys are out of date! Also, to anyone hoping Toronto can get Tavares still. The only way I see that happening would be if the Islanders take Hedman. Tampa is desperate to add skill on their back end so would probably be willing to move the 2nd pick overall for a top end defenceman.

One of my early memories as a child was my parents buying the collection of his videos in the mid nineties. I loved watching them, although Thriller scared me as a child. Despite all the personal stuff, his music was great. He set the bar so high with his Thriller album and never reached that level again, but was still massively successful throughout his entire career.

It is always possible that Duchene blew them away at the draft combine, but I still believe they would want to draft Tavares and use him to gather more support for a new arena. They are drafting Tavares. They are just keeping quiet about it. I don't see how they could pass up the opportunity to draft such a marketable player considering their situation.

I still want to try the multiplayer. I beat the game on Experienced and now I am going to try the hardest difficulty.

I'm not the one thats been against the Sedins and calling them sisters. That was Clawson. Also, I probably have been pro-cap but I would prefer no salary cap as a Leafs fan. Then signing the Sedins and Cammalleri and Jay-Bo would be no problem!

I think signing the Sedins would work. When you sign two good players, your going to be giving them similar deals if they are point per game players. Cammalleri will probably want 5-6 per year too. Case in point... Getting the brothers would be a jump. We don't need any more grit. We need skill. With the Sedins, we suddenly have a top line that we can lean on for production while continuing to draft and trade for some more skill players. Daniel and Henrik have been consistent producers for the Canucks. And remember, we might be seeing Kubina and/or Kaberle traded around the draft. I've been telling people I know that getting the twins would be a good deal for the team. Unless the Leafs want to tank, that is.

I like signing the Sedins because it would instantly give us a top scoring line and you don't need to worry about chemistry with them.

These massive length contracts are just awful.

Ghostbusters. Wow. I am a big fan of the movies, and I freakin' love the game so far. Everything from capturing ghosts to traking them using the PKE meter works well. Plus, all the music is fantastic and the story is good.

I might get it for the PS3...
