Great pass from Bozak to Kessel to win in overtime tonight against the Lightning! Where were these performances earlier in the season? It's good to see Kessel and Bozak developing some chemistry and Luca Caputi has put up some points in the few games he has played as a Leaf.

Worked fine on my PS3 too. I don't know if it runs are 1080p; it may only run at 720. Still, it looks good.

Way to go, Leafs! They put in a good performance all game and were finally rewarded with the overtime winner by Nikolai Kulemin. Since the stinker against Carolina, the Leafs have been looking better and better. If they can finish strong, I'll be happy. The playoffs are long gone, but I am still watching these games.

I didn't win with my Jays until game five. In the fourth game, I had a huge opening inning but couldn't follow up and lost the lead in the 7th. In game five, I took my time, wore out the pitcher, and then hit some big home runs with John Buck and Randy Ruiz. I love the sound of the ball hitting the foul poll.

Stamko has 40 goals already? Man, I thought he was a little overhyped coming out of junior, but he really has improved a ton. I wonder if playing with (and learning from) Martin St. Louis has helped?

Once again, a good overall performance from our team is wasted due to our lack of scoring touch up front.

From what I have heard, MLB 2K10 is a good option. It's got an improved frame rate and of course, with the analog hit stick, you get more control over how you hit the ball. If I didn't own a PS3, I would be getting MLB 2K10. I know that the franchise mode in all 2K games are solid. I also enjoy the gesture based pitching.

I have heard that they are already working on a fix for MLB 10: The Show to repair the trade AI in franchise and the potential rating for a bunch of players.

Good to see Gustavsson play well. Also, Kessel's snipe was a beauty of a goal. Toronto had good possession during the course of the game. The lack of forward depth is showing, but the entire team competed throughout the contest. Good to FINALLY see an overtime result go our way, too.

I have noticed some weird potentials. Aaron Hill has D potential, and he is 27 or 28. Also, I was able to pick up Jose Reyes on waivers and almost had Brandon Webb.

So, this thread is for everything related to either of these two baseball games. I have MLB 10: The Show for the PS3, but I am interested in hearing if MLB 2K10 has made improvements. I know The Show has improved - new camera angles make playing offence more fun and hitting the ball seems like less of a chore. Post your thoughts and experiences about either game here.

My Blue Jays are just terrible in The Show. I sim about a 5 games to each one I play, and my pitching is just terrible.

Seeing the amount of money Rolle and Dansby got, I think it was the smart move for Arizona to cut bait and walk away.

The whole idea of an uncapped year sounds cool, but when you look at everything involved with the CBA and stuff, it is actually kinda boring. I would expect some teams to go below the old salary floor to maximize profit.

Just went out and got MLB 10 The Show. The presentation and graphics are a little nicer. Pitching is the same, yet I feel like the computer is a little more human - they through more bad pitches and I am actually able to get a few hits. It works the other way too. I tried throwing a slider outside, just missed the timing and ended up giving up a two-run shot to Ryan Theriot.

After the embarrassing loss to the Hurricanes on Tuesday, Toronto played a better game and almost pulled out a win against the Bruins. It's nice to see Stalberg and Bozak both score.

Outside of blowing on cartridges, I've never had a problem with a Super Nintendo or a N64. I've had a Genesis that required a lot of finesse to get the games to work. All of my other systems have had problems.

I am not very good at hitting. It's either a single or a home run when I do make contact, but too often I swing at marginal pitches.

God it's last year all over again. I know. Komisarek was good at times, and not so good too. I think if he can be healthy next season, it will be a HUGE boost for the team.
