  1. You will. You're talking really big names. I have the pc version so I can't tell for sure, but if it's anything like the pc you'll get the roster you want.
  2. Your son got a nice christmas gift, I see.

    They're pretty cool live too.
  4. I'm still playing FM20 but I've read amazing reviews. Best in a long time for many people.
  5. I just read some funeral workers took selfies with his dead body and posted them online? What is wrong with people?
  6. It's dlc. However there are some amazing creators. You can get whoever you want. It's possible most edits you download need dlcs to work but some don't. I have fire promoter, NJPW and stardom DLCs. Most edits I've downloaded work with those. n the pc side of things some edits are listed as no-DLC which means they would work with the base game. Liger is quite popular and I'm sure you can get a no dlc Liger.
  7. The reason why I got interested in the sport as a kid and decided to join a team. That was it. I wanted to play like him and never understood why so many people disliked him. I meant at the time, obviously. I know why he's a controversial figure. At the time, though, I was just a kid, and he was this genius who did whatever he wanted with the ball.
  8. I love L7. They're still great live too.
  9. Not the song I'd pick but I still like Chris Isaak's song. I like most of his discography. Not so much the last album but he's been releasing stuff I like for 30 years, so I'll let it slide.
  10. Just listened to the last 3 or 4 sets in a row at work. I really like the one that had pixies, Fugazi and Mudhoney. 15 minutes well spent. I've seen my bloody valentine live and enjoyed it but it wouldn't be something I'd listen to regularly. Then, it went downhill for me. I do like the bad seeds song, though. I like the first couple albums of the B-52's but this era is just not for me. I'm ok with the song. I don't feel like turning it off whenever it plays. I just don't care much for it. Oh, about U2, I agree with most of that. I'm pretty sure I've first heard U2 with Joshua tree. Probably this song. Not sure. I've heard those songs way too often. Obviously they were on the radio all the time but also, (pretty much everyone in) my family loved them. I never knew I could actually like some U2 songs because I didn't care much for anything I'd heard since then. Until one day, I decided to dig into their older stuff and I actually liked some pre-joshua tree songs.
  11. Just a small note. That wasn't Bjork's initial band. Bjork's first band was a punk rock-ish band although they already had some experimental songs. I don't know much about them but the LP they released in 83 is cool. Then, she was in KUKL. KUKL is kinda post-punk, very artsy.. some weird as fuck songs. It starts to sound a bit more like what you'd expect from Bjork, only harder. I like it. Only then you have the Sugarcubes, which are alright I guess. It's a bit bland for my tastes, but the first album (Birthday's on it) is still cool. That's the most boring song on the whole record for me, which obviously meant it was their first and most successful single, because that's how things usually go. I've heard a few songs from the following albums but I didn't bother looking too much into it. As for the rest, I like Just Like Heaven. It's also one of my favourite from the Cure - from that time period at least - and although I like old Midnight Oil, that one, not so much. Also, they may be getting more views lately because they came back some 3 years ago and have been touring everywhere since then. They've been in plenty of european festivals in the last few years, I think. I believe that's why they're kinda relevant again. Finally, I had no idea who Mory Kante was but I think I've actually heard this song before? I don't know. I don't think I'll listen to it again though, but who knows...
  12. I guess it would make more sense if Luxembourg produced players with Portuguese passports as close to 20% of the people living in Luxembourg are portuguese but still it doesn't surprise me that much. Over half of the luxembourg population has at least a portuguese grand parent. I'm going to assume they did that because of this, even if, as I said, it would make more sense the other way r. A draw against Ukraine seems like a pretty decent result, but that's maybe because I'm really bad at managing national teams in FM. I'd be more likely to get a draw against Luxembourg while managing Ukraine.
  13. I love husker du. Big pleasant surprise. Wasn't expecting them.

They're really fun. Saw them last year. If you're into it and have the opportunity go check them out. You won't be disappointed.
  15. Since you brought it up mine is anthrax by far. I can't avoid disliking slayer mostly because I can't stand their opinions. I know, there are bands I don't necessarily agree with and yet I listen to them, but there are others I just can't stand. It may be a bit hypocritical but it's just how it is. I wasn't a big fan of the beastie boys as a kid but became one in my 30s. I love them now. Btw, there was a decent documentary on netflix (?) I think. As for the rest, Cindy Lauper, I'm a big fan. I have no idea why. It isn't remotely similar to anything else I listen to yet I just love it. This song, not so much but in general. I also like the jesus and mary chain. I've listened to them since forever because my older sister loved them. I remember being 6 years old and listening to them pretty regularly. Going back some posts to some lists I missed, surprised to see Big Black there. Great stuff. Also like the Smiths and the bangles. As for the Fall, I own a bunch of releases but I wouldn't be able to listen to a couple albums in a row. I feel their songs are longer than needed. The cult was my sister's favourite. The cult, sisters of mercy and the jesus and mary chain. I've heard all their songs so much growing up. I like them but I don't know how much of it is just nostalgia. I like the cure but mostly up to pornography which obviously isn't what they're famous for. I'm ok with their post-85 stuff, though. And this was long enough, already.
  16. Violent Femmes and Billy Bragg's songs are my picks on this set. I like both, a lot. Not everything they did and I feel Billy Bragg's later work lacks some punch but these are great. I like the Smiths in general but I'm not a big fan of this particular song. I'm not a big fan of David Bowie's music - unpopular opinion, I know - and let's dance just annoys me, probably because I've heard it so many times but there are other songs I've heard even more and I don't mind so this doesn't even work as an excuse. Frankie Goes to Hollywood is as 80s as it gets. I don't know too much about them other than their singles who got a pretty decent amount of radio play. I don't even dislike it. There are even other songs more on the New Wave side of things that I could say I enjoy. I just never bothered looking into their albums to find out what else they did. Probably still won't. There's so much music out there. But I'm ok listening to them whenever they're played on the radio - not as often these days, obviously.
  17. There's still 2-tone ska in their last album although less than their previous albums. Both singles in the album are poppy though.
  18. Yeah. Never done it on 20 but I've done it n a bunch of others and it always worked. It will probably work.
  19. Just saw this. Joseph Minala? Totally forgot about him after his 15 minutes of fame (or 5 in Minala years). Just checked, and he's now 23 and playing in China. Career coming to a close it seems. Also, I just noticed we share a birthday. What a legend!
  20. Ex-Barcelona player? Rijkaard never played for them. Cruijff and Koeman is the whole list.
  21. I like the Go Go's song, poppy as it is.
