  1. Oh god...oh god the alcohol...never again...

      TEOL

That's not what you told me last night.

  2. Pokemon Best Wishes is actually so, so good. I'm catching up again since I fell remarkably behind while fighting with my internet connection at uni; the Don Battle tournament is pretty much epic. It's like they've finally realised after all this time that it makes sense to give the rivals a bit of character and personality instead of just "oh yeah, let's just wait until the championship and then do it then!". Shooti, Kenyan, Bel, Cabernet, Luke and Langley are all great characters and with N presumably factoring in later down the line, it's looking good. It's also fun that they've finally learned to cut down on Team Rocket.
  3. Notch's new game: Minicraft! May possibly be more fun than Minecraft is right now >_>
  4. http://www.comet.co.uk/p/Laptops/buy-HP-G6-1207SA-Laptop/772658 6GB RAM and 750GB Hard Drive. I <3 it muchly.
  5. Dear god my new laptop is incredible. I'm playing like, 14 leagues in FM2011 and it's at 3 and a half stars game speed. I'm doing a Triangle (), trying to win in Asia, North and South America. This is only to tide me over until Xmas and I get FM2012, mind. Currently enjoying the fact I just beat the leaders of the K-League 2-1 in the FA Cup with my N-League team.
  6. di Resta and Hulkenburg have just been confirmed. No surprise after all.
  7. Ajax haven't beaten an English team since the 80s, I think that guy said. That's slightly more heartwarming >_>
  8. To be honest, Ajax aren't the club they used to be, but they still won the Eredivisie last year so it's going to be close.
  9. Alguesuari going to HRT would make sense given that they're trying to brand themselves as the Spanish national team. de la Rosa would be a good person for him to learn from too...plus he's still with Red Bull, one would assume, so Hispania already have those links. Apparently, the Force India situation isn't all that clear either. Senna's said he is willing to take a third driver role in the same guise as Hulkenburg, so I could imagine him at Force India to be honest. The Williams seat is still the one that is making me most interested...
  10. FFS. Alguesuari needs to get a drive.
  11. Heehee. Sarah Holt pointed out that Nick Heidfeld was at the same snowmobile event. We have a constant!
  12. So, so, so hope Little Mix win tomorrow. I think X Factor needs them to win, to be honest, given the way recent winners have bombed. Little Mix are guaranteed to be huge. They only have The Saturdays to beat, after all.
  13. So, getting this for Xmas. Looking around SUSIE and other sites, is there much point with some of these additional leagues? The only one I'd probably be bothered with installing is Japan, to be honest. But there are ones with a load more African nations for example, since to memory South Africa was the only one in FM'11 when I've played that, so are they worth putting in?
  14. Fucking hell. Shocked that Petrov is gone but I guess they don't need his sponsorship now they have the Lotus deal in place. Got to think it's between him and Sutil for the Williams drive now but it'll be a damn shame to lose one of them AND Rubens next year. Especially when Maldonado still has a drive.
  15. Huge blow for the BBC, losing Ted, Crofty and Davidson. Brundle & Croft is something that should have happened from the start, they're easily the best two in the business by far. Would have preferred Lee McKenzie to Natalie Pinkham, to be honest, but there you go. Never heard of Simon Lazenby, so can't decide on that. It'll be interesting to see who hosts it with him though, whether they ship Georgie out for each grand prix too or not. Steve Rider is a blast from the past >_>
  16. Williams are being supplied by Renault next year (Y)
  17. I'm taking full responsibility for Alestorm being on this list
  18. Actually not liking C-Mil's diary. :o

It's only half a point, that way we can confuse MPH.

I presumed the reason you created it was as some kind of satire in terms of the way most people book WWE diaries in the Dome.

  19. So, apparently, Petrov's manager has gone to Renault headquarters to make sure he's still part of the team for 2012. So it doesn't look like it's all said and done...
  20. Ricciardo's really not done enough for me, IMO, to deserve a spot in the Toro Rosso next season. Caterham would be fools if they didn't sign him up over Trulli though, unless Heikki gets pinched by Renault (which seems the only obvious spot open). So next year we've got: Red Bull - Vettel/Webber McLaren - Button/Hamilton Ferrari - Alonso/Massa Mercedes - Rosberg/Schumacher Renault - Petrov/??? (Grosjean/Senna signed to the team at least) Force India - di Resta/Hulkenburg (which seemingly has to be the case) Sauber - Kobayashi/Perez Toro Rosso - ???/??? (Alguesuari, Buemi, Ricciardo & Vergne all signed to the team) Williams - Maldonado/??? (Barrichello's still technically an option) Caterham - Kovalainen/Trulli (unless Kovalainen gets signed) Hispania - de la Rosa/??? (Liuzzi has a contract) Virgin - Glock/Pic So you've got Sutil, Barrichello, Senna, Alguesuari, Buemi, Liuzzi and Rcciardo all who were driving this year and only five spots to fill, as well as Grosjean and Vergne who hadn't been driving but present. So four of them will miss out. Renault have got the toughest option of them all in that they need someone who'll probably only be happy with a one year deal, because Kubica will presumably be back fully by 2013. That wouldn't probably suit Sutil or Kovalainen (if he were willing to move from Caterham). Rubens would probably be good for one last glory ride with a midfield team, but it's whether they'd want him there. I'd guess though that through it all, they'll probably decide to go for Senna or Grosjean, which would be a mistake for me. Toro Rosso should definitely do all they can to keep Alguesuari. Buemi's done alright this season but that's all he's managed in each of his seasons so far. Ricciardo could fit in there, so could Vergne...I just can't see Buemi on the grid in 2012 though. One way or another, they'll be promoting from within. If Williams aren't getting Raikkonen, as it seems likely, then they pretty much have to decide between Sutil and Barrichello. You'd choose Sutil over Rubens any day of the week probably, but you get the feeling Sutil would only want to move there if he doesn't get the drive at Renault. At least Williams will have the Renault engine next year, I suppose. HRT should keep hold of Liuzzi. He's easily been second best out of the new teams' drivers this year (behind Kovalainen). de la Rosa & Liuzzi would make a strong team and then they can maybe bring in a young guy in 2012. I'd certainly trust those two to beat Virgin again, at least.
  21. Apparently he's more or less said he's definitely going to be back by 2013, but "start of" doesn't mean that Renault won't kick someone out to make way for him again. The fact that this year's car was supposedly built to suit his style shows how much they realise the awesome of Kubica.
  22. And today in random WTF news: Pedro de la Rosa has signed a two year contract to drive for HRT. To be honest, I love PdlR and I'm happy that he's sticking around, but the idea of him being in F1 and Rubens not next year just doesn't make sense to me. Although I have a sneaking suspicion that Rubens might end up in the other Virgin car, if Wickens doesn't get it.
  23. Gary Barlow is like the Michael Cole of X Factor.
