A straight Perez-Massa swap would make sense to be honest. Can't see who else Ferrari would go for, unless they called Giancarlo back.

I wouldn't be surprised if it were a case of somebody forgetting to turn something off or leaving something too close to the fuel tanks because of the excitement of the moment. ETA: Especially if they got called away for the team photo in the middle of whatever they were doing.

Very happy for Pastor, even if I wasn't his biggest fan to begin with, I'm glad to see him and Williams doing well. Not often you see a team out-strategying Ferrari but they seemed to have learned from Sauber's mistake in Malaysia. Brilliant drive from Kamui as well to get 5th from 9th and getting past Button and Rosberg.

OHHHHH! Hammy talking about LOST (which was shit but I got it for like, ten quid tops) reminds me of another really bad TV cash-in that I got for full price. 24's game was all kinds of terrible.

Generally there aren't many games I instantly regret buying, since I'll probably play them for a good few hours anyway, but there are two that stand out that I got tired of within about 30 minutes. First was the Beyblade game for the PS1 which was easily the worst game I've ever played. Terrible, terrible graphics even for PS1 standard and the gameplay was equally bad, in that it was pretty much impossible to lose and you barely "played" anyway. The other one would be the first Harvest Moon DS game. I mean, I loved Harvest Moon for the GBC and Friends of Mineral Town I still can play to this day. But the first DS game...wow. I mean, it was so bad. Had some stupid storyline that you had to go through and had far too many of those little fairy things, as well as horrible translation. I mean, the translation being bad in Harvest Moon is something I've learned to accept, but these were taking the piss.

There was no rule in place at that time for what would happen in the Champions League winners didn't qualify for the year after, hence the issue with Liverpool winning. UEFA just naturally assumed to win the CL you'd have to be able to be in the top four or whatever in your country. TNS probably recognised there was much more potential in getting the gate and TV revenue from the Liverpool matches and getting knocked out in all likelihood than playing some random Belgian/Danish club, not getting the TV or gate and getting knocked out anyway.

The best was when Schumi, Villeneuve and Frentzen all set identical times in Jerez.

Yay, got promoted to Serie B in Brazil with Santo Andre (yeah, the same game I had in my Cube diary). Finances are still atrocious though so I'm hoping someone offers me a new job because I don't think we'll survive long in Serie B.

I pretty much am just making a habit of bolting for the ship at the start and skipping the centre altogether. If you get there first you're pretty much guaranteed to make it far since you get loaded up with food, armour and weapons in one go. The smaller castle is good too since people seem to miss at least one chest and tend not to head there anyway. The hidden chests near the spawn are handy too.
