Thats an odd one. I think everyone will hope that they are successful because if Sauber genuinely thought they had been caught out on something they did on purpose what was the point in appealing? I mean, the other thing is that why did nobody notice it in any other scrutineering if there's something up with it?

Get in there Vitaly! Amazing drive from the beginning, he kept Alonso behind him all race and showed how much he's matured, his stock has just shot up from Abu Dhabi and now today. KERS wasn't actually on the Red Bull car all weekend, which explains Webber not being able to pass Alonso in the mid part of the race. Still, scary pace from Vettel at the start without KERS so there's something big to cone if they get KERS sorted and in that car. Also, what an amazing drive from Perez, that boy has got serious pace. I cant imagine he's better on the tires than Kobayashi though (especially after his performance last year) so it must be the Sauber, so it's odd that Kobayashi was on a 2 stop and not the 1 stop strategy. Only thing I can think of is that they thought Kamui would be in the mix a lot more than he was, probably with Rosberg and Massa, but that got thrown off by Barrichello's charge, Rosberg crashing and Massa actually starting well for a change. Also, YAY overtaking!

Petrol is going to have to keep it on the road first and foremost though, then he'll look like a real threat. It'll be interesting to see how things go with him and Alonso at the start after Abu Dhabi, too.

Heidfeld got hold up by traffic and pretty badly. It was weird because the commentary team even noticed it but then seemed to forget it when he was going round and trying to set the time, it was the Hispania and the Virgin ahead of him coming in to Turn 10/11 (the chicane) that he pretty much had to pass going around there that will have held him up really badly.

Jesus, Vettel. Pretty much sums up qualifying really, doesn't it? Just unstoppable, the guy's driving that car like mad. Pretty good show with people like Petrov, Kobayashi and Buemi all really nailing it, Kobayashi very nearly outqualified Massa then which would have been amazing for Sauber. Also, that Hispania just looked painfully slow. Admittedly, Liuzzi seemed to be getting better with it whereas Karthikeyan was shit as to be expected, but there's no way they should be able to race. This is turning in to Andrea Moda version 2...

Actually, I think Graham Norton's done a great job these past two years. Especially when you look back at Wogan's last few Eurovisions when he got all too sulky over political stuff and ignored the fact that we were sending utter shite.

So, for the first time ever I've indulged in a spot of EV training, mainly with Rotom-H (the fire type). Got him pretty well levelled up and as such, finally decided to head off in to the Battle Subway for a proper run through, mainly since I want the BP pretty bad to get the Power EV items. Turns out that in the Double Battle train, Rotom + Excadrill = Insta-Win, mainly thanks to Earthquake not hitting Rotom and then picking off the Grass/Water types with either Overheat or Thunderbolt. I have Sigilyph and Samurott in backup if I need them at some point, but for a good 75% of battles I've been able to sweep with just these two guys. Interestingly, the Pokemon that seems to cause the biggest issue is Swadloon, because they tend to know Grass Whistle and tend to always use it on Rotom, which is a bit of a bitch.

Definitely looks like there's some kind of early pecking order, with the top four clearly there, followed by the Saubers and Rubens (Maldonado's just a fail, but we knew that), then Renault/Toro Rosso. The Virgin just looks painfully slow and HRT won't make the 107% cut, that's a given. A point they made on commentary though was that Hispania can technically just send the cars out in qualifying if they want since it's actually "Qualifying Practice", it still counts as a practice session so they can't be fined or whatever. Lotus just look like they're still too far off the pace to really trouble Force India and Maldonado, but they're so far clear of the Virgins that they're just going to be racing each other all season >_<

It was all a bit dismal with Karun, really. Didn't look like he could do anything about it though. Red Bull dominated FP1. Hispania didn't actually go out on to the track and it sounds like something dodgy is going on there based on what Ted Kravitz was hinting at, implying they won't actually be racing this weekend and there's something still not finished/there on the car. Looks like the top four are still the top four, really, with Rubens, Kamui and maybe the Renaults being the ones that could get amongst them. In other words, nothing at all has changed from last year after all.

Why the hell is the rear wing zone there!? I don't think I've EVER seen an overtaking move pulled off down there, mainly because instead of accelerating to pass someone you're braking massively to make the left hander!

I think I just had one of my crowning moments in the history of playing Pokemon. I'm breeding Rotom to try and get the right natures for Rotom-W and Rotom-H, and in the middle of it decided to give a battle to one of the ones that has hatched so far. Walk in to the grass and without realising, stumble in to an Audino Lv. 9 It can't hurt Rotom, of course. So instead, slowly but surely I Confuse Ray + Thundershocked it to defeat, and my Rotom shot up from Lv. 1 to Lv. 11. Just awesome

Paper Gangsta isn't a new song, it was originally on The Fame way back when. It was briefly played in the video for Telephone, too, when she's outside with the trannies in the prison. Sort of like Jessie J now and I don't know why. Also: Awesome.

Kyurem's Cave says hello. Seriously, Volcarona's Chamber/Kyurem's Cave are amazing in the post-story. Hell, so is Volcarona, but I'm being good and sticking with my top six team. Fought Cynthia in a not-too serious match with Lv. 60 team, managed to get to Milotic before she more or less swept me with it. Hydro Pump is a bitch.

Relic Castle, right? How soon can I get to the awesome levelling areas? I believe you have to have completed the main game first.

Terrakion was the toughest to catch for me. Cobalion was on the second Dusk Ball, Zekrom and Volcarona were both with Ultra Balls fairly easily. I managed to miss Thundurus by my own stupidity >_> Also, I forgot how great a levelling place Volcarona's Chamber is. Claydols FTW.

Liuzzi's confirmed as the second Hispania driver. Also, McLaren have been running today and yesterday and bombing hard, then they're back on Friday after inexplicably taking Thursday off.

Hm. Depending on EVs, of course, Leaf Storm + Contrary Serperior would likely 2HKO Marshtomp. After that, you would effectively have a Serperior with about 750 Special Attack, but apart from Leaf Storm and Giga Drain it's pretty much wasted on him due to his awful movepool. You've pretty much reliant on Glare and maybe Leech Seed as your other moves, or a Hidden Power and hope >_>

Again, I maintain that as soon as Snivy gets thrown on to the Dream World with Contrary (stupid name change No. 3,234 ) then it'll all change. I mean, Leaf Storm + Giga Drain + Contrary could destroy some of the Bulky Waters and keep Serperior strong throughout it.

Everybody, to my knowledge, is driving on Friday. Hispania are set to launch the new car on Friday too. ETA: It does look like it's going to be a straight up RBR vs. Ferrari fight to begin with at least. Renault look like they're edging out a little on the competition, while Sauber and Toro Rosso are looking good. Force India look like they've started their traditional quick slump down the order in testing too.
