Hm. So finished second to Arsenal in the 10/11 season (and they knocked us out of the Champs League, which very nearly had an Old Firm final), now in to December '11. United have made a resurgence and it's now pretty much us, Arsenal & United in the title hunt with Ipswich and Birmingham currently fighting over 4th place. Found an amazing regen guy who was playing at Olympiakos, who's now up front for me alongside Tsigalko and Tunzi in a 4-2-1-3 formation of awesome.

Wow. There were times during that race I had no idea what was going on but for all the right reasons. Vettel looks unstoppable no matter what, especially since everyone else in the top five are too busy racing each other now, with Rosberg and the Renaults occasionally involved. Good to see Kamui managing to get to tenth, even if he lost a fair bit of time in one stint it seems :s

B teams can't be promoted to La Liga, which is crap, because I'd love to do a game where I try to make Barca/Real B better than the first team. Huh, that sucks. They've slid well down the table anyway, and Barca/Real have recovered to the top two positions in La Liga, so my hope for a truly random Spanish contingent in the Champions League has faded.

Grrrr. Arsenal have started to lose their form a bit, mainly picking up draws and losses. Unfortunately, we've not really been able to pick up on it, so the gap is down from what was 14 points to 9, with 11 games left. It's achievable in theory (and we have a 10 point gap back to the fight for 3rd, between Liverpool, United, Newcastle and Crewe so nothing really to worry about there) but the only top ten teams (ATM, at least) they have to play in those 11 games are United, Crewe and Everton. I have Crewe, Cardiff, Sunderland, Liverpool, Newcastle and Birmingham from the top 10 >_< United got their own back on me with a 4-0 win in the return fixture, but my team just seem to constantly struggle against United no matter who I put against them.

Gave up on FM11, it was just way too much to get through a handful of matches. So I'm back on 01/02, although my West Ham save is now well in to the 10/11 season. I'm in 4th after a really, really bad start to the season where I didn't win for five matches and then managed a couple of small wins and a few draws...until I hammered Man United 5-0 because Roy Carroll got sent off. Still, 13 matches in to the season and Arsenal have all 39 points, they've scored 30 goals and conceded 8. Desperately trying to get their goalkeeper, who I'm guessing is a regen of someone. Managed to get them to agree to sell him, agreed the contract and then the board decided that it was an unrealistic transfer. Suffice to say I wasn't best pleased. Also, laughing quite a bit at the scene in Spain and Italy. Atletico are leading Rayo and Sporting Gijon by a point at the top of La Liga, while Perguia have a four point gap over Brescia and five points over Torino at the top of Serie A. The really interesting thing is that Atletico Madrid "B" are on course to be promoted from the Second Division in Spain, which...yeah, that'd be a new one.

Hm. Red Bull don't look confident here, but they never have around Turkey, to be fair. Even last year, they were being reeled in by the McLarens before they came together. It looks like it might be a good weekend for McLaren then, and Mercedes are looking mightily strong all of a sudden.

Does anyone have some of the Hoenn starters they wouldn't mind trading? Mainly looking for Torchic & Mudkip but if anyone would be willing to send over Treecko as well that'd be cool (Y)

Begin the usual "it's the Rani" comments. If we're not getting Daleks/Cybermen/Master this year then he needs someone big to fight and she probably makes the most sense. That, or it's Susan/Romana. If somehow that is his baby that Amy was/is carrying, then I wouldn't be surprised if you eventually find out it's Susan.

And they've done an immediate switcheroo and said they're not going to charge anything.

You are gonna get burned for that statement... I see what you did there he did become a bit more likeable as the season went on, I'll agree on that. I've warmed up to the cast a bit more, even if 50% of Kucha are still complete non-entities. Ogakor definitely lucked out on the Maze challenge and probably in the final immunity challenge before the merge were it not for Mike burning himself

Hm. On to Australian Outback and I'm not sure if I'm enjoying this season as much. Partially because the tribes seem fairly one dimensional, but I think it's also quite a lot to do with the setting. After all the natural beauty and colour etc. of the jungle in Borneo to the same shots over and over again in the Outback, there's something of a let down I feel. Doesn't help that I hate 90% of the cast too. Michael is an absolute fool and I sincerely hope he gets voted out sooner rather than later. I sort of like Kimmi for some reason, mainly because she's probably the only other person on Kucha who's shown any signs of a personality. Ogakor's just the Jerri show...well, in reality, it seems like the entire season so far has been the Jerri show. I was really sad to see Marilyn go since she was probably my favourite person on Ogakor. For some reason I've also got an affinity to Amber, even though I hatehatehate Romber as a whole thanks to TAR (although that's probably more a hatred of Rob than anything else).

Aaaaand that's S1 finished. Snake & the Rat was epic...I actually was a bit thrown off by Sue going out 4th, I thought she was going to make it to the F3. Rich did deserve to win against Kelly, if only because she was completely two-faced and deserved 90% of what Sue threw at her. I think of all the top five, I'd probably have liked Rudy or Sue to win it the most, but I'm not unhappy with Hatch winning it.

So, Pagong have well and truly been Pagonged off the show now. I do feel a bit sorry for Colleen since she wasn't meant to go and Rich even said so, although I'm finding myself going off him slightly. Rudy's practically invisible, Kelly's self-righteous stick has got tiresome, and Sue's not really doing much. I'm almost liking Sean just for being so goddamn clueless.

Far be it from me to assume that the Battle Subway is pre-programmed to fuck you over, but the fact that all four of my opponents so far have had Pokemon that my Starmie can't 2x or 4x and all happen to have Ghost or Dark type moves is making me a little suspicious

I will now be unreachable for the next couple of days while I listen to Judas non-stop. It blows Born This Way out of the water.
