Bobcats were favoring the blue last year. I know they'll never wear the similar unis at the same time, but come on, that uniform is clearly influenced by a team thats in their division, they could have looked a little further.

Chiefs 16. @ Packers Well at best, I see at least 8 losses there. They aren't beating the Bears either time, they're going to lose to the Chargers, Eagles and Broncos. I'll be suprised to see them beat the Cowboys and the Chiefs and I'm favoring the Cardinals to beat them too. I actually expect they'll split games with the Vikings, and the Redskins game is a toss up. I give them the edge against the Giants and a slight one n both games against the Packers. They should be able to beat the Bucs, and they should definately beat the Raiders. so 6-10 to 7-9 and if they're really lucky, 8-8

He hasn't shown anything lately because his last 4 fights were over in a combined time of less than 10 minutes. Where are you pulling all of this out of Biggz, because there's no evidence to back up what you're saying, but there's tons to contradict it. So he's evolved? Is he winning? No he's getting wrecked. Not just getting beaten, he's getting wrecked. That doesn't scream evolution to me. Ken Shamrock was good, he isn't now. And don't tell me Franklin was supposed to wipe the floor with Shamrock, it was just like it is with Bisping now, people thought Franklin could certainly hold his own, but figured Shamrock would surely win it. I bet even you predicted it that way. If Shamrock wasn't a name from UFC's past, they wouldn't be returning his phone calls based on the record he's had since 2000. He was a decent fighter before that, he's just an average one now. This is guy who's biggest wins were against Bas Rutten in 1994 and 1995, Masakatsu Funaki in 1995 and Dan Severn in 1995, who he lost to again the next year. Other than that its scrubs besides Manabu Yamada. If you're going to defend shamrock's loses cause of the caliber of his opponents, then I'll be degrading his wins for the same reason.

But he's not a good fighter anymore. The majorty of his wins came before he left for wrestling, back around the time of single digit UFC cards, a completely different era where he was fighting guys who were no where near his level besides Gracie and Severn. He's never beaten Grace and he's 1-1 against Severn. I'm asking someone to tell me what he's done lately and everyone just keeps saying he's a great fighter. Since he came back in 2000 he's 3-7 and of those 3 wins, only one guy has a records over .500 The sport has changed and its passed Shamrock by. 3-7 in the much more talented UFC era is not the record of a great fighter, not to me.

Who cares if they're boring, thats not the point. I love watching Shamrock get his ass kicked its very enjoyable. Point being if he's as good as people claim, he shouldn't be getting destroyed in one round. Yeah it happens, it just happened to Chuck, but thats one time. With Shamrock its a trend.

Apparently its still Hamill Vs Bisping at 75. Should be a much better fight. Biggz, I don't buy the excuse that Shamrock only lost because he was fighting these great fighters. He's supposed to be one himself is he not? More often than not a great fighter vs a great fighter doesn't end in the first round, and thats exactly how Shamrock's last 4 fights ended. 4 straight losses, all in the first round, that doesn't sound like a great fighter to me, not anymore at least. Plus look at the records of the guys he's beaten since 2000. Not impressive. His last 3 wins are against Kimo Leopoldo in 2004, who's currently 9-7-1, Sam Adkins in 2001 who's an astounding 7-18-2 and Alexander Otsuka in 2000, who's rocking a solid 4-12 record. You're saying Bisping has proved nothing to you, tell me exactly what has Ken Shamrock proved to you in the last 7 years? Go even further back, since 1996 the best fighter he's beaten based on record is Takahanshi, who's 28-21 and that was in january of 1996.

Funny thing is this still won't increase PS3 sales. PS2 was huge cause it had a DVD player at the time the world was switching over to DVDs. Now PS3 has Blu-Ray and no one really cares about switching from DVD to Blu-Ray. Blu-Ray might win, but it'll be a few more years before they reap any benefits.

He also got destroyed in most of those fights, hasn't been in a fight that's gone more than one round since 2004. Lets not forget Rich Franklin is a great fighter now, but when he fought Shamrock he was supposed to get destroyed, we could be saying the same thing about Bisping down the line. Shamrock doesn't have the stuff anymore. He's not fast enough to handle Bisping, and if Bisping takes him to the ground, its over, cause Shamrock sucked at defending himself in his prime, its only going to be worse now. I'd say Bisping by TKO in the first.

360 is far superior. It'll cost you less, its got better games and seems to beat out PS3 in graphics for the most part. If you're really set on spending $500 on a sytem, get an Xbox 360 Elite

Well, clearly everyone is as interested in the finals as I am. Now the hot topic is restructuring the NBA finals, if not the entire NBA. There's some solid theories out there Bill Simmons Bob Fitzgerald I feel both could potentially work, but I would also like to see the NBA switch to an AL/NL, AFC/NFC kind of set up. You'd have the Lakers in one league and the Clippers in another, San Antonio in one, Phoenix in the other and so on. That way, a Suns/Spurs championship game could be played and we stop having the best 5 teams play each other on one side of the playoff tree and then play the 7th or 8th best team for the championship.

Those leagues pretty much have to be. FIFA 08 will be the first FIFA game thats next gen first, so it'll get built for the 360 and PS3 and then get ported down to Xbox and PS2, not the other way around. Its also the first soccer game I'm ever anticipating as I just recently acquired FIFA 07 and love it.

Tank was found guilty, Henry was found guilty a few times too. Only person who wasn't was Pacman, who was in the news every week for another run in with police. He's guilty of giving NFL players a poor image and not adhering to the standard they should hold themselves to. While suspending him a whole season might seem a little extreme, if any of the investigations he's currently involved in turn up anything, it'll justify it.

Well, I'm using the control scheme that is almost identical to PES, as PES is what I happened to play first, so I got used to those controls. I find it easier cause I have no idea about soccer and just enjoy FIFA more.

Well after a few days, I've learned I much perfer FIFA as its just easier to play for someone like me who knows nothing about soccer. Plus its got all the leagues and clubs and such. Can't really get into PES and I'll probably end up returing it. I did just buy FIFA World Cup 2006 off Amazon though, and I hope I enjoy that as much as I do FIFA 07

Right so I know generally very little about soccer, or football, as most of you here call it. For some reason however, I decided to buy a soccer/football game. Now what I do know is that there are basically 2 franchises in the soccer gaming world, EA's FIFA and Konami's Winning Eleven. After a trip to my local gamestore, I came back with: FIFA 07 for Xbox Winning Eleven: Pro Evolution Soccer 2007 for Xbox 360 After store credit, the whole purchase cost me about $28. So, did I do well? Or should I have not even bothered and stuck with the football that involves helmets?
