People aren't going to forget this, and any self respecting fan would hate to have a conficted felon who brutally kills dogs on their team. That being said by the time he's out of jail that United Football League should be running, wouldn't be suprised if he ended up there

Wow horrible couple of games. For some reason CPU's defense was absolutely amazing, linebackers are playing like DBs, intercepting anything thrown even close them, often with their magic 5 foot slide towards the ball. DBs are fucking Olympic high jumpers and if all that wasn't enough of a passing nightmare, the D line is breaking through my O-line, comprised of all guys 90+ every play. I'm really not liking that its almost impossible to throw in front of a WR this year, just like it was in NCAA. I've yet to burn any corner and even if I do, my QB can't throw it in front of him, so he has to turn around to catch it, and walks back into coverage. My passing offense is limited to slants, which still have like a 40% chance of being picked off, and jump balls, if I'm using TO or Calvin Johnson. Tried to throw one to Reggie Williams on a streak into the endzone, ball landed about a foot inside the endzone, while Reggie kept on running right out the back of it.

With what he's currently charged with, he's looking at a max of 6 years. They plan on adding more charges, which could probably get it to at least 10. And he's not getting off with probation, because the judge he's got is one of the toughest in the country. He generally starts at the middle of the sentence and adds more to it, rarely does he take away from it. Add to that the fact that he's already commented and claimed he was horrified by the details of the crime, which now at least 3 people can confirm Vick was directly involved with. So yeah you're dumb if you think he's getting off without jail time. The only way that would happen is if he went to trial and was found innocent or was acquitted, which won't happen if it goes to trial, this is the United States government and their 90%+ conviction rating. So he'll get out of jail time if the plea bargain doesn't contain any, which it won't, as his defense team has no leverage to make that happen and the judge decides the sentence anyways

Yes, Madden shits out another year of horrible offensive line play. Play develops, lineman stop blocking. Or even better, everyone on defense goes into coverage, one guy rushes and 4 of my lineman stand their doing nothing while I get sacked. But what happens to the CPU's line? They never stop blocking and they get full support from every player in the backfield. This is ridiculous. They ripped off everything else from All Pro, why couldn't they steal the improved line work?

ESPN has brought up the strangely overlooked point that it doesn't matter what the plea agreement is, it could contain no prison time, the judge decides what the sentence will be. From what I'm hearing about the judge, he starts at the middle of the max sentence and moves up based on what he sees in the trial. I figure he'd be somewhat lienient since Vick is admitting his guilt, but probably a little annoyed his didn't do it right off the bat. I'm expecting at least a year and half, probably 2 and I wouldn't rule out 3

Yes, but the prosecution doesn't have to accept the deal. That less than a year thing is all Vick's defense team. Prosecution can just say, we want 3 years or we'll go to trial. Vick's team has no leverage whatsoever, I can't see him getting less than a year
