  1. It's the MSX versions, rather than the NES ones.
  2. I'm at the point in Tears of the Kingdom where I think I'll need to consult a guide. These sorts of games offer plenty of places to go, but I'm never any good at finding anything. I'll also need to find a way to get better gear because I'm getting flattened by some of the weakest enemies around.
  3. Is it as good as Around the World with Willy Fog?
  4. The announcement I'm most intrigued by is the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection. According to the game's website, it's being called "Volume 1", which suggests that MGS4 might finally be getting a release on platforms other than the PS3 once the second volume comes along.
  5. It was nice of Sony to announce so many multiplatform games at its own event.
  6. That might as well have been called Not Actual Gameplay: The Showcase.
  7. My biggest concern is how quickly Frontier stopped updating last year's game. It makes me think that they're doing what so many other developers of annual sports series do by leaving promising features underdeveloped so that they can churn out the next game.
  8. New features include managing the training schedules of pit crews, dynamic racing lines and driver confidence. It seems that there won't be a create-a-team option, while mechanical failures haven't been mentioned.
  9. There could be a certain degree of pressure from either the publisher or AEW itself to get it out the door. Sometimes, long development times are a result of difficulties within the studio or changes in creative direction. I have no strong expectations either way for this game, so I'd be just as unsurprised by a fun throwback experience as I would by a complete and utter mess.
  10. It's got a lot to wrap up in its final episode.
  11. Square has confirmed that FFXVI will have a free demo before the game releases.
  12. They've been a decent team with all the top players fit. Yates and Awoniyi turned out to be missed greatly for a big chunk of the season, and it's no coincidence that their returns have yielded good results. For next season, they'll probably need to bring in a defender or two, along with a decent striker to provide extra depth. Bringing in a permanent goalkeeper will also be a priority. They probably won't be able to afford to pay Navas' full wages, and Henderson is injury prone, so it will be interesting to see what happens there. Other than that, I think they shouldn't need to go mad in the transfer market this time round. Letting Lingard's contract expire should free up some space in the wage budget too.
  13. Great to see after Forest stuck with Cooper.
  14. Class of '92 FC lost to Stockport in the League Two playoff semi-finals.
  15. Quite possibly their dreams of not quickly falling out the Football League as well. That's the problem when a club has been bankrolled way above their usual level and the source of funding stops. Oh, I need a Fleetwood Mac pun. Perhaps Mr. Pilley should have ignored people who told him, "Don't Stop." Yes, that will do.
  16. Yet another wild result for Brighton. They're the league's "must watch" team at the moment.
  17. Peterborough will kick themselves, but Wednesday finished 19 points ahead of them in the table. They really should be the ones going up.
  18. In that case, the milestone is that Coventry would be the first club in the Premier League era to drop from the top tier to the fourth tier and get back to the top again.
  19. Either way, we will see a new milestone reached. If Luton win, they'll be the first team in the Premier League era to go from non-league to top flight status. If Coventry win, Mark Robins will be the first manager in the Premier League era to take a team from League Two to the top flight.
  20. As rumoured, a big Sony showcase will take place next Wednesday. It will last about an hour, so we can safely assume that it's their E3-esque offering for the year.
  21. I wish more players would stay at clubs on the rise instead of moving to the established moneybags clubs. It would make things a lot more interesting.
  22. Brighton have been the strangest team in the league recently. In the last six games, they've beaten Chelsea, Man United and Arsenal, as well as obliterating Wolves, but also lost to Forest and got stuffed at home against Everton.
