  1. I was referring to the whole stance in general. Didn't really seem smart unless he was using it as bait and hoping to quickly lock on a sub when his opponent went to hit him. However, judging by the hard shot he took it didn't seem like that's what was up. Never seen a fighter scoot around like a crab before.

  2. Mousasi definitely looked like he was coasting the first couple of rounds (probably to get Mo to tire himself out) but never really was able to do much on his feet or on the ground. Kind of a bummer since his other fights have been pretty exciting. Did anyone catch what was being chanted while Mo was ground n pounding? I couldn't make it out at all.

  3. I've begun watching Six Feet Under, as recommended by Netflix, and I can't be more pleased. I've only watched the first six episodes of season one thus far but it is a very original, and morbid yet fun little show. My only wish is that Netflix had it on Instant Watch instead of making me wait for the DVDs to arrive in the mail.

That said, I've blown through the first two seasons of Weeds, and I'm almost finished with the third (In four days). Great fun that series is.

  4. Just so that I can clarify what you're looking for, are you looking for a psd file magazine sized, with the logos for each magazine, and the barcode... that sort of thing where you could plug in an image and edit some text to make a new cover? If so I think I could help you out.

  5. I've began adding my music, and music video collections. 8 gigs is actually a pretty damn good amount. Thanks for the suggestions, some of those sound pretty cool.

  6. I just got an iPod Touch today to ease the boredom of an 18 hour drive from New York to Georgia. For those of you that have them out there, what are the best Apps? Both free and pay? I'm just looking for some recommendations is all.

  7. So have I, but trust me, simple is better. The more complex the lines/shading/colors, the more it will look garrish against the rest of your skin. I'd really advise redrawing it in monochrome and simplifying the shading. I like the design in principle, but

    1. It's very complex. I don't think that will translate well.

    2. It's very colorful and generally the less colors/more subtle the colors, the better.

    3. As a memorial/dedication piece, it really makes no sense to have their names covered.

I think it has the potential to look better than it does and if you're going to have it on your body for the rest of your life, might as well try and see if you can make it the best you can, no?

Ultimately it's your idea so you can do with it what you will, that is just my advice.

I hope you didn't take my comment as being defensive or anything, that's not what I meant. This is just a rather rough marker drawing though, and I'm sure the tattoo artist will realize it should be more subtle in its colors and shading. I do get your point with the names being covered, it would make more sense for them to be showing.

  8. A symbolic collage piece of sorts...

A quick marker sketch of a tattoo idea I have to represent my grandparents. The unicorn with the broken horn represents my grandmother who loves unicorns and used to collect them. The horn is broken, because when I was little I went around the house and broke off their horns and proudly proclaimed "Look Gramma, they're horsies now!" My Grandpa is a Vietnam vet and is represented by the dog tags (not sure if I'll keep Vietnam on there, I might put his last name.) The Unicorns rough and tough exterior represents all of the triumphs and tribulations they've had over the years - and the strength of their marriage.

  9. I'm confused. Why would Guy Who Looks Like Hallowicked If His Mask Was His Face think he could get away with that?

Way funnier than anything MPH has ever posted, though.

Sadly - because I work at Walmart and see what goes on - it's not uncommon at all, and happens 3 - 4 times a week.
