  1. The new Headbanger's Ball should be on there, cause it's fucking terrible.

"Come With Me" should be waaaaaaaaay up the list, if not for any other reason than Zakk Wylde's awesome rant on it.

And wasn't this first shown like two years ago?

New Headbangers Ball is probably too new for this show, since it was done about 2-3 years ago.

Come With Me ... it was ok. Not exceptional, but ok. Was probably worse than it should have been simply because it's Puffy covering a Zepplin song.

  2. Just trying to catch up on this thing...

    Great Smackdown.

    - Benoit holding the Crossface on to the point of actually crippling his opponents is brilliant, as is Heyman not allowing Benoit into the tournament due to his cold-heated actions.

    - I loved the WGTT bit. More people should use their opponents feet to strangle them.

    - The Matt Hardy segments made for great comedy.

    - Angle/Haas was a nice match with nice build-up.

The only thing I have to complain about is how many of those matches I didn't care a whole lot about. I mean, it seems more practical to me for the tournament to be smaller and have more meaningful matches. As it is you took up a whole Smackdown to get some guys to the opening round, one of which was Shannon Moore. It leaves me wondering just how long this tournament is going to carry on, and how long it is going to take to really get interesting.

  3. I predict Kaos, Webb, Fatu, and Credible going on. Kaos really needs a win because he's lost, I believe, every Enterprise encounter. Webb will beat Siaki because it's Webb and he's facing Siaki. Grimes and Fatu is difficult to call, I could actually see it going either way. Usually I would say Grimes wins, being an old XPW guy that the crowd loves, but i'm going to go with Fatu because if my other predictions were right and Grimes went on, the crowd would be familiar with everyone going on and no new stars are made. Also, Fatu made his big debut not long ago.

After that, I see the Enterprise screwing Kaos to allow Webb a win and Credible beating Fatu, and then beating Webb in the final.

Regardless, you know I love the diary so far. Sad to see Machete go, but Dinero and Shelly go together quite well, and having her around could really boost Dinero. I am a little confused on when the KOTD is actually happening. I assume it's after RIB? The card for that is pretty packed already.

The MMW/Southern Comfort feud is nothing new really, but it's still nice and entertaining, plus it gets your tag division going and adds depth to the card with the three-way tag which looks to be fun. I expect/hope MMW retains, though.

  4. I don't feel like reading seven pages and possibly having the game spoiled for me, but I completely forgot this game ever came out, and since I haven't been that interested in a game in ages, but love the Hitman series, this might be good. But, how much is it for PC? Should I get it for PC or PS2?

As much as I prefer the controls on PC, getting the PS2 version means you won't have to worry about bugs or meeting the specs.

  6. Ok this Diary make absolutely no sense. I don't understand what your backstory is and don't really understand how you got these guys on your roster

Not to mention you had a "deathmatch" on an ECW TV show, which would never ever happen, and then it wasn't even a real deathmatch at all. You debuted AMW as former tag champions in the NWA, they had never even teamed before in 2001, let alone held tag titles. Sportsmanship is not common in ECW? What ECW have you watched? Obviously none. You should try writing something you actually know a little bit about.

  7. The obvious point of interest for that show was the Kaos/Dinero match, which I enjoyed thoroughly, mostly for Machete slapping the shit outta Shelly.

The main event was nice, but it seems like being limited to such a short show has you tossing in main eventers whenever you can just to get them air time before the tournament. Not unrealistic, so it's not a bad thing, but still quite noticeable. Hopefully once the tournament is done things can start to pan out more nicely.

  8. I'm hardly shocked about it, simply because he'd be out of the public eye for so long it's not like I had any reason to think he would be in great health. Still, very sad news, one of my favorite songwriters in his day.

    RIP Syd. :(

  9. Making iPod playlists comprised of ten songs sounds like a fun thing to do, actually. Problem is I don't think any would be appealing once the playlist was done.

That said, my ten for the purposes of this topic would be...

    Metallica - The Four Horsemen

    Motorhead - Ace of Spades

Megadeth - In My Darkest Hour

    Misfits - London Dungeon

Misfits - Dig Up Her Bones (I wouldn't repeat the same band twice, except I almost consider later Misfits to be a different band entirely)

    Alice Cooper - I'm Eighteen

    Anti-Nowhere League - Burn'em All

Guns N Roses - My Michelle

    Pantera - Cowboys From Hell

Trivium - Dying In Your Arms

As someone who loves all kinds of music, this obviously leans a bit too far to one side for my usual tastes, but at the same time I hate playlists that don't share some similarity from song to song, and since this is the only thing I can listen to I would want it to encompass as many moods as I could.

  10. Nice. Teddy leaving, though probably bad for your storyline ideas, only increases my interest in the diary. His promos may have been hilarious, but I am far more into Jonny Storm as the new face of the Enterprise with GQ now hunting around for muscle than I was Teddy Hart.

Shelly's bit was quite good, though expected. Hopefully she continues to be in the middle for awhile before siding with either man.

The tag title match was a great way to end the show, and really sets the three-way feud into motion, which needed to happen soon if I was expected to care about these tag matches.

Great show, worth the wait; and I was overcome with joy when I saw this was updated again.

  11. To be fair, I know next to nothing about Doherty, but what I can say is it wouldn't be wrong of anyone to channel Syd Barrett. Marc Bolan spent his entire career trying to be like Syd. Barrett was a fucking brilliant psych-pop artist before he began to lose it. I suppose the problem would be with those who feel he was trying to bank on the "crazy" image of Barrett in his later years, but honestly, it wouldn't be the first time. Is there anything other than that image that they are linking between the two?
