  1. I've never read the comics, but I'm 99.99% certain it isn't in production anymore. I've never seen any new X-Factor comics in the 7 or so comic shops I'm in regularly (in England mind you).

X-Factor were the government funded mutant superhero team weren't they? What I heard/read was that they just disbanded the group.

I'm just having a look in the 'Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe: Teams 2005' and they disbanded after Havok was "killed" (wasn't really). So I'd say it's safe to say that X-Factor are no more.

  2. I would've said sign someone like Enzo Maresca who I've been told is very good, but he's just joined Sevilla.

Apparently we'll be putting a lot of money into a bid for Julio Baptista, which I don't mind at all.

I'd like a bloody goalkeeper though. Seen as Wenger has no faith in Graham Stack, we need a third choice 'keeper who isn't 18-years old and has never played a first-team game in their life! Grrr...

  3. Terms agreed with Juventus for transfer of Patrick Vieira

Arsenal Football Club can confirm that terms have been agreed for the transfer of Patrick Vieira to Juventus for a total fee of 20 million Euros.

At this stage, Patrick is now finalising his personal terms and conditions with Juventus.

The Club would like to take this opportunity to recognise the enormous contribution Patrick has made to Arsenal since he joined as Arsène Wenger's first signing in 1996. During his time at the Club, Patrick made over 400 first team appearances, with three years as Captain and was instrumental in the Club winning three Premiership titles and the FA Cup on four occasions.

Also during his time at Arsenal, Patrick enjoyed great success with the French national team, by winning the World Cup in 1998 and the European Championships in 2000. He also became the Captain of France and made a total of 79 caps for France as an Arsenal player.

Everyone at Arsenal Football Club wish Patrick the best of luck for the future.

Speaking to Arsenal.com, Manager Arsène Wenger said: “I share the sadness with our supporters that Patrick has left us, but on the other hand I would say to them trust us and support us. We’ll be strong next season and we need you behind us like you have always been. We will not disappoint you.

"Patrick was a great player for us, one of the greatest in the Club’s history and I feel I had a special relationship with him because I made him come here. I think his impact, not only at Arsenal but in English football overall was just tremendous.

"The sad thing is that he leaves us, but the good thing is that he leaves us on a high. His last kick for the Club was symbolic as it won us the FA Cup.

"Patrick will always be special for Arsenal Football Club, always in our hearts and our minds. All I can do is thank him for all he gave to the Club and wish him well in his career."

Patrick Vieira added: “When you spend nine years at the Club, like I did, it is a difficult decision to leave. But in the end you have to make a choice for your future. It was a very difficult decision, but I am happy with it.

"I made the decision to leave because I felt it was time for me to have a new challenge. But that does not mean I was unhappy or that I was having a problem at Arsenal.

"It was just that I had the feeling I needed to grow and meet a new challenge, and I feel Juventus was the best challenge for me.

"I‘d like to thank the Arsenal fans. They have been fabulous. Even recently in the street they were saying ‘if you are going, then thanks for the last nine years’. That is really touching and it makes me feel that I gave my best for the Club.

"I can go with my head held high. I did my best every day in training and in every match, and I left shaking the hand of Arsène Wenger and Mr Dein. That was really important to me."

Just a medical is in the way now I believe. It's a shame, but I have no time for people who aren't commited to club 100%.

  4. If they were going to do all the Venom stuff, like the symbiote coming from space, then Spidey having it, then him rejecting and all that. It would take too long. I don't think that they could do it in only 2 hours.

Nah they couldn't. They'd probably just have Brock getting it. I hope they do Venom...it'd be a shame to see the Spider-Man movies end and not face on of his most famous enemies.

But the problem with them not having Spider-Man get it in the first place, is that fact that when Brock gets it, he knows Spider-Man's identity, he's able to negate his spider-sense and also Venom's powers come from the symbiote being attached to Spidey (I'm fairly certain on that). Without the Spider-Man-symbiote, Venom would be just another villian.

    Alien vs. Predator - 6.5/10

Honestly not as bad as I had heard. I heard it was god-awful, but I actually enjoyed it. I did hate the stupid wise-cracks the black girl had to make like "you're one ugly blah blah" or whatever, it was just stupid. The actors and the dialogue were the worse part. The plot, in my opinion was actually quite good, and made sense from the Alien films and from the tiny bit I've seen from the Predator films. Mind you, the only part of a Predator film I've seen is the end of Predator 2 when Danny Glover seens the room with markings on the wall or whatever. <_<

  6. I tell you something fun .  start a match of your choice and set the time limit to 10 minutes  and  have it on the hardest difficulty. now have fun trying to  get the win. I noticed the  computer really steps it  up  with a short time limit and makes the match more interesting. I lost to  angle via  scissored sleeper with only a few seconds left

Might try that. I always set it on 60 minutes for some reason, but I'll set it to 10 and see what happens.

Something else that's fun is to be someone like Taka Michinoku and face the Rock/Undertaker/Triple H. Those can be fun.

  7. Why is she by far the most expensive? I don't see why. She has shit moves and is just pointless to unlock. I just never bother.

I just find it totally random, which for some reason is good. I have about £360,000 and I've always wanted to unlock her, so that gives me more reason to play the game. Considering I've had the game for 2/3 years now and STILL haven't unlocked anything, I'm strangely happy about it.

  8. Pelizzoli set for Roma exit

Roma goalkeeper Ivan Pelizzoli has confirmed that his days in the capital are numbered.

Pelizzoli has been told that he is surplus to requirements and already, has attracted interest from Serie A rivals Reggina.

The deputy custodian had hoped Luciano Spalletti's arrival at the Stadio Olimpico would change his fortunes, having lost the number one jersey to blossoming starlet Gianluca Curci.

However, it would now appear that despite a change in manager, Roma's decision to allow him to leave will stand.

''The club don't want me and so I'll have to leave,'' Pelizzoli told Radio Incontro.

''It's right they do their choices, although they took certain choices alone.

''I'd remained willing but it's clear they don't want me.

''Having changed the coach I'd have remained willing but the club decided in a different way so I am leaving.

''I haven't spoken with Spalletti and anyway, Roma's choice hasn't been taken by him. The club decided.

''I have spoken with (Reggina) president Lillo Foti. It's a decision I'm taking.''

He's the young(ish) talented one right? Yeah, Arsene? Sign him.

  9. There's a reason why I pulled out my N64 two weeks ago and started to play No Mercy instead of putting in any of the SmackDown games in.

How many of you can say you've had an entertaining LOSS on a SmackDown game? Whenever I lose on SmackDown it's annoying, but as someone said earlier on, there's something kinda awesome about trying to powerbomb the computer, who then reveres it into a hurricanrana and gets a pinfall. I had a Big Bossman vs. Viscera match on No Mercy the other night that entertained the hell out of me. With SmackDown vs. RAW, I did one season mode and gave up because I was bored. With every other SmackDown game (minus Just Bring It) it's been an improvement over the previous game. I usually have every slot filled with my CAW's, but on SvR I only made an Austin and I got bored.

Unless this game is a massive improvement from SvR, I won't buy it and it'll be the first SmackDown game which I didn't buy.

  10. Apparently Revan is in some massive war somewher outside the Outer Rim. I thought that was kind of cool, but I wanted to be Revan, instead of the guy I made up.

Was I the only one that never saw the Revan plot twist in KOTOR? I was literally sitting there like ''OH. MY. GOD.''. Because the clues were all there, I listened to them, I understood them, but I just thought it was the regular old Jedi gibberish. The video package they made up was just awesome.

And Malachor V in KOTORII kicks so much ass in terms of look. The surface was boring as fuck though. Same with Manaan in KOTOR. The Selkath annoyed the hell out of me, and the fact I couldn't just run around killing all the baddies was awful.

I just need more KOTOR RPG action. Now.

Sexoring was in the KOTOR games. Ah, I remember that time me and Juhani got locked in that little srotage room and she...oh wait. Not in front of the kiddies. (¬_¬)

Inter-species sex with Juhani...rocking. Best thing is that she swung both ways, she want to sex me when I was a lady Jedi. :P

The Revan plot twist was awesome. I was more shocked with that than I was with the majority of plot twists on TV or in films. You're right though, all the clues were there and after you're told of the twist you think 'damn, how did I not notice?' It's worse when you play it again afterwards because they pretty much spell it out for you at times. But it was awesome.

I'm gonna play KOTORII again now, but I'm gonna go all dark-side and see what happens. I really want a different ending, because the ending was fucking anti-climatic don't ya think?

I'd like to know how I ended up on the Ebon Hawk though to begin with. I can't remmeber if that was ever fully explained.

I don't think he's fighting a war on the Outer Rim because the back of the game states you're the last Jedi and I don't remember any mention of him fighting a war. Could be wrong, I'll find out soon though I guess.

  11. Oh, that's gay. :(

Yeah...my biggest problem with that is the annoyance that Kurt Angle doesn't have the Ankle lock which, to be honest, is the only real problem. It would've been good, because then I would've totally erased and replaced crap like Linda McMahon, Mae Young/Moolah and some other, would've given more CAW slots.

  12. I have a Buffy/Angel question for you guys. When did Angel spin off of Buffy? I am trying to watch in order on DVD so after what Season of Buffy should I start watching Angel?

I'm doing the same thing as you. Angel leaves Sunnydale at the end of Season 3, so Season 4 of Buffy and Season 1 of Angel are at the same time.

  13. Figo comes across as a 'give me tonnes of money and I'll play for you' type of player. If he stayed with Real Madrid and never played another football game in his entire life, I bet he'd be happy. I know that's true for a lot of players, but still it's annoying. If he's going to Liverpool, I honestly can't see him taking anything more than a 10% drop in wages.

  14. Well Baptista has rejected a new contract with Sevilla, so he'll leave there either this summer or on a bosman when his contract expires (next summer?). He has come out and said that he wants a move to the Premiership as well.

In related news, Sergio Ramos does not want to leave Sevilla this summer. Oh well, he would be an awesome signing though.

  15. I think that the Buffyverse probably has the greatest character devellopments of any shows out there. Just take a look at Wesley, he starts out as this total fucking pussy and by the end of Angel, he may as well been called Wesley Wyndham-Badass.

That applies to pretty much everyone but Xander, who actually somehow managed to be less bad ass than when they started. I wish that he'd gone the route of Wesley a bit more, albeit without entirely dropping the smartass part. It just felt that the only time he'd get his just deserts towards someone who'd wronged him was when he went on some long monologue and they were too taken aback to put him in his place. Ironic, bad ass Xander would have been > *.

Bad ass Xander vampire > *

I'm in the midst of watching Buffy season 3 at the moment. It easily has the greatest character development on TV. Nothing comes close. Wesley is easily the best example of it, with Giles being damn close as well.

  16. Can you edit the already made superstars moves?

For example, I can change Angle's moves but don't have to for each appearence he has as the one moveset he has applies to all of them.

You can't change the already made guys movesets. It's annoying, but ya can't. But the bit about one guy having the same moveset for all attires is right.

  17. WWF sign more wrestlers to OVW and Velocity Results

In addition to the recent signings of Derrick King, Jason Lee, James Storm and Chris Harris to Ohio Valley Wrestling, the WWF recently made four more signings. John Heidenreich was under a development contract with the WWF last year in UPW, but was released in January of this year. Matt Wiese (a.k.a Horshu) trained in WCW's Power Plant as well as UPW. Josh Matthews, who was a part of Tough Enough 1 with Maven and Nidia has also been signed. Jimmy Yang is the final signing after earning himself his second WWF development contract after being cut at the end of last year. He was with WCW as a part of the Jung Dragons and was signed after a very impressive outing with Billy Kidman on Velocity.

Velocity Results for Saturday 6th April 2002

The Hurricane d. the Big Bossman with the Eye of the Hurricane.

Highlights of the opening of SmackDown are shown, where Vince McMahon announced Hollywood Hogan vs. Triple H for the WWF Undisputed title at Backlash.

Billy Kidman d. Jimmy Yang with the Shooting Star Press.

Jazz d. Torrie Wilson when the referee called for the bell after Torrie was knocked out. Trish Stratus made the save after Jazz attacked Torrie after the bell.

Highlights of Brock Lesnar attacking Hugh Morrus and Chavo Guerrero Jr. as well as Paul Heyman’s promo from SmackDown.

    X-Pac d. Val Venis with the X-Factor.

  18. Why's everyone so excited, don't they realise that they are the ones who are going to pay for it through raised taxes?

Australia lost over 1 billion dollars at the 2000 games

So what.....the Olympics are one of the things that are the exceptions to that. Everyone loves the Olympics.

    *Raises hand*....I don't...

    April 4th 2002

Taped from the Blue Cross Arena – Rochester, New York

The first post-draft SmackDown kicked off in typical fashion with SmackDown owner Vince McMahon making his way to the ring. The show’s preview said that Vince had a big announcement to make tonight, and I guess he’s going to get it out the way straight away. Good idea I feel.

McMahon talked about how he will sign Austin for SmackDown, despite their past history. He said that he was told that Austin would be on RAW Monday night, but he never came out. He said he’s just trying to screw with him, and he won’t have it. He moves on to Triple H and the announcement on RAW that the Undertaker might get the first shot at his WWF Undisputed championship. Vince apologised to the Undertaker in advance as he said that due to a prior agreement, Vince alone gets to decide the first challenger for the Undisputed title. Vince said all he had to do now is to decide the no.1 contender for the title.

With that, Kurt Angle’s music played and the Olympic gold medallist came to the ring. He said that he thinks Mr. McMahon should give him the shot because he knows that Angle is loyal to Vince and his cause. A small “Hogan” chant started, which got so loud that Angle acknowledged it by saying that Hogan doesn’t deserve a shot at the title because he crossed the boss. The huge “Hogan” chant didn’t go away, but only got louder.

This prompted the nWo to make their way to the ring. Kevin Nash said hello to Vince, and asked Angle to step aside. He said that McMahon should name a member of the nWo as the no.1 contender, saying that they all know Triple H better than he knows himself, and he guarantees to take the title from him. The “Hogan” chant is still going and doesn’t stop. Nash says Hogan screwed the nWo, and deserves nothing! Vince says that he likes both ideas, but also says he has a job to ‘appease the fans’, or so the Board of Directors say. He says he’ll think about each proposal.

Vince is interrupted yet again when Edge makes his way onto the entrance ramp to a big cheer. Edge apologises for interrupting, and says that he thinks he might deserve a shot at Triple H, he says he may even deserve it more than Hall, Nash, Angle and especially grease-boy. He says while he’d love to face Triple H at Backlash, he says that only one man can take this shot. Edge doesn’t even have to say his name as the fans start another “Hogan” chant! Edge says that the fans want Hogan vs. Triple H and says that he wants Hogan vs. Triple H. He tells Vince it’s up to him. He says that he could ignore them, but says that’s a bad idea.

Angle jumps in and says that Edge has no right being out here and challenges him to match tonight! Edge says that if he wants him, he’s got him! Vince tells everyone to shut up or be fired, and says he can’t think with all this noise! The fans chant “Hogan” yet again and Vince yells out to shut up and finally gives in to the fan pressure and makes it Hollywood Hogan vs. Triple H at Backlash! Kurt Angle and the nWo are totally shocked, but Edge smiles.

    WWF Cruiserweight title match

Jeff Hardy def. Tajiri to win the title

Tajiri was accompanied by Torrie Wilson as usual, and for some reason he made sure to tell her to keep out of his way during the match. Jeff Hardy, while having tasted singles gold before was clearly at the disadvantage here as this was his first match as a true singles wrestler. Tajiri looked set to win the match as he set Jeff up for the kick to the head, but Jeff ducked it and rolled Tajiri up for a near fall. Tajiri looked to go back on the offensive, but missed another kick, which then saw Jeff hit his reverse Twist of Fate before going to the top rope and hitting the Swanton Bomb and making the cover for the 1…2…3!

    63%

    60%

    83%

Jeff couldn’t believe his luck as referee Mike Chioda handed him the Cruiserweight title. Jeff went to two of the turnbuckles before leaving the ring. In the ring, Torrie went to check on her ‘boyfriend’ when he viciously slapped her! He grabbed her by the hair and yelled at hair in Japanese as she started to cry. Jeff Hardy ran back into the ring and pulled Tajiri off of her and threw him out of the ring, then made sure was ok before leaving the ring together.

In the back we see Lance Storm standing outside Mr. McMahon’s office. He took a deep breath and entered. Storm said he was told he wanted to see him; Vince ignored him. He then repeated himself, but he was ignored again. He looked around before saying that he is here and McMahon slammed his fist down on the table before standing up. He said that wanted to make it clear to Storm that he made one of the biggest mistakes of his career by wasting his final pick on him. He told Storm that he is a former WCW guy who only has a job here because Ric Flair hired him. Storm went to protest, but Vince warned him not to say a word or he’ll fire him right now. He said that there were plenty of other superstars he could’ve picked, but for some reason Lance Storm’s name appeared in his head. He doesn’t know why, but he would sure as hell like to. He tells Storm he has a tag team match with Christian against DDP and Rob Van Dam up next and told him, no, he DEMANDED that Storm impressed him. He then told him to get the hell out of his office right now.

Lance Storm and Christian def. Diamond Dallas Page and Rob Van Dam

Storm had a lot to prove to Vince McMahon here, especially seen as his job might even be on the line. Both teams teamed up together for the first time tonight, but it didn’t show. The match came to its conclusion when DDP hit a Diamond Cutter on Lance Storm and then tagged out to RVD who went to the top rope for the Five Star Frog Splash. Christian then dropkicked DDP into the referee, knocking him to the mat for a moment. Christian grabbed Van Dam’s Intercontinental title belt from the outside and slid it in to Lance Storm, who used the belt much in the same way as Chris Jericho did at Backlash 2000 against Chris Benoit, as RVD landed face first on the IC title! Storm rolled him up as Christian woke up the referee, who made the 1…2…3 count and gave Lance Storm the big win over the IC champion.

Lance Storm and Christian celebrated as if they had just won the main event at WrestleMania as they hobbled up the ramp. The referee then checked on Rob Van Dam who had a busted nose.

Shawn Stasiak vs. Crash Holly ended as a no-contest

The match barely got underway as just under a minute into the match, Brock Lesnar ran in and demolished both Stasiak and Crash Holly. The assault culminated with Stasiak eating a triple-powerbomb as Paul Heyman looked on approvingly.

Paul Heyman then grabbed a microphone and made it clear to the fans that Brock Lesnar is the ‘next big the thing’, and he promises that Brock Lesnar’s will be the name everyone remembers when they talk about the greatest wrestler of all time, let alone the 21st century. He then spotted Hugh Morrus still in the ring, and he told Brock Lesnar to show the fans what he was talking about, and Lesnar hoisted Crash onto his shoulders and hit a modified Death Valley driver. Heyman and Lesnar then left the ring as EMT’s came down to check on Stasiak and Crash.

Triple H’s music hits, and the WWF Undisputed champion makes his first appearance on SmackDown to a great pop. He gets in the ring and says that the Undertaker will get a shot at him after he’s done with Hogan, and says he’s turned his attentions to Hollywood Hogan.

With that, Voodoo Child blares across the PA system as the arena erupts at the sight of Hollywood Hogan making his way out in the red and yellow of old for the first time since his return to the WWF! Triple H looked in awe as well, as he couldn’t hide a smile coming across his face at the sight of Hogan soaking up the fans adulation. Hogan finally makes it down to the ring and cups his ear to all four sides of the ring before taking a microphone. He talks about his great memories in the WWF of headlining WrestleMania 1 with Mr. T against Rowdy Roddy Piper and ‘Mr. Wonderful’ Paul Orndorff. He talks about how he overcame the greatest obstacle in his life when he lifted Andre the Giant over his head and slammed him down in front of 93,000 fans in the Pontiac Silverdome in Michigan at WrestleMania 3. He talks about WrestleMania 18 at the Toronto SkyDome where he faced the Rock in ‘one of the greatest matches of all time’. But he then said that nothing is bigger than the Undisputed title, and says that facing Triple H and maybe even beating him for the title would mean more to him than any of his other accolades.

Triple H said that Hogan is right; it doesn’t get any bigger than the Undisputed championship. He says he’s a bit sad right now though, because he knows he’s going to have to hurt someone that he’s looked up to his entire life. He talks about how went through seven months of rehab to get to where he is now, and he won’t lose the Undisputed title to anyone. He says that Hogan is just another obstacle in his way, just like Chris Jericho was at WrestleMania. He says he’s not making threats to Hogan, and it’s not a warning, it’s purely a fact.

Hogan jumps in and says that Triple H might beat him, who knows, but then says that he has the greatest force in professional wresting behind him; Hulkamania! He says people have thought Hulkamania was dead in the past, but it always rises up again! He then closes with ‘what’cha gonna do, when Hulkamania runs wild on you?’ Triple H and Hogan stare each other down before Triple H leaves the ring, leaving Hogan to pose in the ring for a few minutes.

Cut to the back where the nWo are still pissed off that McMahon made Hogan the no.1 contender for the Undisputed title, and says that one way or the other, the nWo will get revenge. We hear laughing, as Bradshaw is sitting in the corner of the locker room drinking beer and smoking. Nash, Hall and X-Pac approach him and ask him what he’s laughing at. Bradshaw says that he finds it funny that Vince McMahon brought in the nWo personally, and he finds it ironic that the man that walked out on McMahon’s ‘poison’, the man McMahon wants to destroy, Hollywood Hogan has been given the shot at the WWF Undisputed title over Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and X-Pac. This pisses Nash of, but he laughs it off and tells Hall and X-Pac to leave, but they quickly turn round and attack Bradshaw! Bradshaw holds his own, even hitting a clothesline from hell on X-Pac before being hit over the skull with a steel chair, courtesy of Scott Hall. Hall then picks up one of Bradshaw’s beers, but Nash reminds that he’s not aloud to drink it, so Hall shrugs and pours it over Bradshaw’s head before the nWo walk off.

Cut to a pre-recorded video of Raven sitting alone in a basement. Raven stated that he’s been in the WWF over a year and a-half, and says he has nothing to show for it. He goes over his history in ECW where he was the World champion twice as well as a Tag Team champion three times. He says in WCW, that crap-hole, he was a United States champion and a Tag Team champion. He says that in this company, he has held the Hardcore title twelve times, a title so prestigious that the likes of a 50-year Gerald Brisco has held it, a 59-year old Pat Patterson has held it and a HO has held it. He says he’s glad Maven won back the title last week and says that from this day forward we would see a new, and better Raven, quote the Raven nevermore.

The Dudley Boyz def. Chavo Guerrero Jr. and Hugh Morrus

This match was nothing but a squash, as the Dudleyz hit all their signature spots while Crash and Chavo just got beaten down for the majority of the match. The Dudleyz finished of Chavo with the 3D, allowing D-Von to get the pin.

After the match as the Dudleyz celebrated the victory, they were jumped from behind by the WWF Tag Team champions Billy, Chuck along with Rico! The three took the Dudleyz by complete surprise here, but the Dudleyz were able to fight back! Bubba threw Chuck out of the ring and D-Von knocked Billy down with a shoulder block, leaving Rico all alone in the ring with Bubba Ray and D-Von! Rico looked outside and saw the champions lying on the concrete before slowly turning around to see Bubba and D-Von standing there! Instead of high-tailing it, Rico took a swing at D-Von who ducked the blow and the two hit the 3D on Rico! The picked up Billy and Chuck’s title belts and held them in the air as Bubba promised they were coming for the belts.

Edge def. Kurt Angle by DQ

Kurt Angle’s challenge was accepted by Edge from earlier tonight after he interrupted the opening of the show, helping Hollywood Hogan get a shot at Triple H’s WWF Undisputed title at Backlash. A great back and forth contest ensued here, with Angle just surviving Edge’s inverted sharpshooter, as well as narrowly surviving a spear after the move knocked Angle to the outside instead of allowing Edge to get the pin. Edge and Angle brawled on the outside of the ring for a while until Angle ducked a punch from Edge and caught him in the Angle slam and put him straight through the announce table! The referee had to call for a disqualification.

Edge looked to be knocked out as Angle slowly got to his feet and pulled down his straps before locking in the ankle lock! Angle locked it in tight with Edge screaming in pain before Hollywood Hogan’s music hit! Hogan ran down to the ringside area and chased Angle off. Angle backed up the ramp as Hogan checked on Edge on the floor.

  20. I really don't care. Yay we beat Paris, but in the long run, who cares about the Olympics? It's one of those things like Wimbledon where while it's on, people will watch it, but after it's finished nobody will really care about. That how I feel anyway.

It'll be the behind the scenes stuff that will occur that makes this worthwhile. Fair enough, the general public won't care after the Olympics are over, but it will help British sport in the long run, as the facilities will be better, and people will be more likely to get involved with sports (watch the interest in Rugby soaring after England won the World Cup)

I get that, but he said they're going to build a 86,000 seater arena and then afterwards downsize it to 26,000. Also a hockey arena which'll never be used again after the Olympics. It's just all the money going on this is being taken from the grass-roots money as well. Quite frankly I don't watch the Olympics anyway, and it means nothing to me when it's on. If it's good for the country than yay, but oh well.

  21. One moment that was totally awesome in Buffy was in Season 3 where Willow gets caught by the Mayor and Faith, and Buffy realises they have to trade the box they just stole from him to get her back. You have Wesley tell Buffy that she can't do that because the box is the key to the Mayor's assension. A big arguement breaks out between Giles, Wesley, Buffy and Xander and the Oz just gets up and pushes over a vase-thing. The room goes silent and they make the call for the trade. Oz rules.

God, there was not one episode I didn't like, and it's rare to say that about any TV programme. Every episode has great moments of both Buffy and Angel. The puppet episode was hilarious though.

  22. I really don't care. Yay we beat Paris, but in the long run, who cares about the Olympics? It's one of those things like Wimbledon where while it's on, people will watch it, but after it's finished nobody will really care about. That how I feel anyway.

Besides, after watching Sky Sports News and hearing the guy from the Telegraph (?) talk about the money, it's just funny.
