  1. I can see why that happens.

If a player spends so long working on a new position, then he's bound to become less good at an old one which he doesn't work on.

Oh and marksbros, you couldn't retrain players to positions on older games could you?

You could, but it would take at least a year for them to get the position.

  2. Anyone downloaded and used any of the hacks yet? I just downloaded one with 30 CAW's, plus Eric Bischoff, Jerry Lawler, Jim Ross, Jonathan Coachman, Lilian Garcia, Michael Cole, Tazz, Theodore Long, Tony Chimmel and Vince McMahon unlocked in exhibition mode. Tazz wrestling in a suit is scary.

  3. Damn, I just had an awesome 6-man battle royal for the Cruiserweight title, well not so much the whole match but the end of it. It was me (Gregory Helms) against Nunzio, Chavo Guerrero, Paul London, Brian Kendrick and the champ Kid Kash.

Kendrick goes first, not sure how, but then it gets interesting as Nunzio is eliminated by Kash after a brainbuster, straight away followed by Paul London, eliminated by me after the shining wizard. While the ref's counting the pin on that, Kash hits a sit-out powerbomb pin on Chavo, and the ref goes and counts him out right away. Just as Kash gets up, I run and hit the running neckbreaker and pin Kash to win the title! That's four eliminations directly after one another in the space of less than a minute.

  5. Forever never were good. Nineteenth century were not.

They were alright. Not terrible, but they were bland I guess. I laughed when people were booing them Saturday. They were doing the "get your hands in the air" sorta thing, and about two people did, so I did it as well out of pity, but then put mine down after everyone else had.

  6. It wasnt scary. It was blonde. I think I was the only person there with one.

That's what I said; blonde. :shifty:

I do remember someone with a mohawk, so it must've been you.

What do you guys think of the two bands that were on first? I thought they were both pretty good actually. The second one (Forever Never?) were better though I thought.

  7. I was front and centre, I started off at the back with three of my mates for the warm up's then I moved into the middle and pushed into the front. Couldn't really miss the mohawk, heh.

Oh, and fuck crowd surfing, I got kicked in the back of the head so many times.

Mohawk? Holy shit that was you? You scared me...

And the guy who went crowd surfing about 50-times was a nutter.

  8. I'm looking forward to this movie. A LOT. I saw the first Spiderman movie on big screen and I downloaded Spidey 2 to my computer. I'm not a huge fan of the comics, But I like the cartoon TV series (What? :D ) and the Marvel video games. So, To the point...

They NEED Venom. They HAVE to feature Venom in this movie. I mean, It doesn't have to be "the" Venom yet, It could be just Eddie Brock in some smaller role, But I mean SOMETHING. Venom is easily my favourite villain in the Marvel universe (Wolwerine being the favourite good guy). Now since I live here in Finland (By the way, If you watch Conan O'Brien... The pictures from the country are VERY realistic), I don't really know that much who should play Brock. Somebody said Jim Carrey. I digged his character at "The Grinch", And he if somebody could pull off Venom's awesome moves. Like the big tongue.

Jim Carrey would be a perfect Carnage, not Venom I think.

  9. I can see the argument for taking Campbell off, but if he's fit, for me he's got to stay on. Granted he's having a shit run at the moment, but when he's the only first team defender we've got I think he should be on the pitch ahead of Larsson (not only is Larsson not a left back, he's never played in the Premiership before).

With regards to David Bentley, hat-trick or not he's no Arsenal player. Still, seeing him do that to United on MOTD has lightened my mood a little. At least United, Liverpool, Spurs, Wigan and Bolton have all dropped points too, I still see us taking 4th.

Question is (with regards to Sol Campbell) did he get substituted or did he just leave? He showered and left before the second-half started and left before kick-off as well, which has raised some questions as to what actually happened.

  10. 2230: Just 90 minutes until the window closes and it looks possible that Charlton midfielder Danny Murphy could be on his way to Premiership rivals Tottenham.

Charlton boss Alan Curbishley reveals after his side's 0-0 draw against West Brom that "something could happen" between now and midnight but if it does it would be "of Murphy's making".

    From BBC.

According to Sky Sports, you got him. Apparently about £2m. He's a good signing for you actually. Will be interesting to see who your first eleven will be when they're all fit.

  11. I think it was Reil Deal who said KOTOR II with a proper ending, well there's a couple of modding teams fiddling about with that to put the ending back in. Better than nothing I guess.

And I echo those who said they wanted KOTOR III. That'd be awesome. Could be based around Revan's return.

  12. Bolton's spoiler tactics are what have seem them to a possibility of taking fourth if they win both their games in hand over Spurs.

Annoying to play against and not always great to watch but they're playing it excellently....

Very true. Allardyce has put together a great team, and their aim in every game seems to be to frustrate the opposition to such an extent that they can force errors which they can exploit, and damn to they do it so well. I applaud them on getting through, and Allardyce's team does deserve some silver wear at some point.

  13. So now BOTH N.London clubs are out of both cups. Darn, I feel so sad. :)

On a serious note I watched the Bolton/Arsenal game and you guys were barely in it. I bet Wenger's rueing the day he let Patrick Viera go, because without Henry and Bergkamp you guys are definatly beatable.

Quote of the match has to go to Ian Wright, in the studio at half time (about Diaby):

"People are already comparing the kid to Patrick, which isn't exactly fair, I mean they are both brothers, and both are kinda tall..."

As for all the bitching about Reyes, yep, ask any opposition supporter, the diving gets annoying.

Oh well, roll on the last ever N.London derby at Highbury, on this form we might be able to make up for the draw you managed to snatch at WHL earlier this year.

You were watching the right game yeah? First half was boring as hell and both sides were crap, but second half it was all us, with them getting in a few breaks every now and then.

Their defence was solid as a rock for 99% of the game, which was frustrating because it's becoming far to clear that our players have been told to try and find a pass rather than risk a chance at shooting from a distance, which is fine when you're playing a team who's defence isn't as solid as Bolton's.

  14. Anyone watch today's one? I enjoyed it more than last weeks, mostly because it didn't have a "bad-guy" called Gepeto.

One thing I must've missed; why does he need a bodyguard? That was never fully explained was it?
