Right, this will be a 16 team tournament, hopefully, if there's enough interest. If not, it'll have to be an 8 team tournament.

I get a place because it's my tournament ( ) and Bluebirds gets a place for winning the last one. This time, it'll be a straight draw, FA Cup style. Games will be played over two legs up until the Final.

If you took part in the previous tournament, and voice your interest for this one in time, you have the right to keep your team from last time. Your previous team can only become available if you choose another team to play with.

Rules are the same as last time, with no United or Barca. Every other club team is available for selection, barring the ones already taken. I see the interest from people above, so I'll list them too, but we'll leave the picking of teams until later.

This means there's either 3 spots left, taking us to 8, or 11 spots left, taking us to 16. I should imagine all who played in the previous tournament would be interested, plus at least 2 others who've joined EWB to be in the tournament.

So claim a spot, but not a team, just yet. Remember to be quick, because if you're the 15th person to claim a spot, and there's no other interest, this will be an 8-team tournament.

Why a straight knockout tournament after the last one? To try new things. This shouldn't take as long to play out as the last one, and if we can get 16 interested in these tournaments, they'll be better for it in the future.
